Booked a high roof cargo van six weeks in advance. Dealer calls less than one week before” looking for someone with last name, saw I had a reservation and wanted to let you know we do not have could let you have a moving van. If I wanted a moving van size would have requested. To drive 1500 uncomfortable miles consuming hundreds of dollars of excess fuel at my expense!!!! REALLY whats the point in reservations? But hey no prob not our problem. My mistake was using and trusting BUDGET. NEVER again UHAUL they don’t lie local cares and tries to help. This dealer is useless and could careless look at Google rating Horrible.

Sad just sad. I reserved a truck weeks ago for a long move with my children. I go to pick it up on my reserved day only to be told they dont have one. Now I have to rearrange my entire life because you decided to rent my reserved truck to FedEx or ups and didnt have the courtesy to even let me know. I drove an hr just to be turned around and dont try to lie and say you tried to contact me because you didnt.no call no email. NOTHING. Then the lady in the office was very nonchalant about it. I like giving reviews and Im calling corporate. Lets rattle some chains.

Reserved a moving truck in advance. Had to get on a plane from Colorado to Arkansas and rent a car just to drive it all the way to Conway AR to pickup the moving truck only to be told that they moved the reservation to the Little Rock location! I first tried to reserve in LR because it was a lot closer to the airport but they did not have any trucks available. And we called the location in Conway the day before to CONFIRM the exact truck and pickup times and was told it would be available. Flights scheduled, rental car scheduled, movers scheduled in AR and CO. Now I’m having to drive all the way back to LR just to pickup my truck AND make it there by closing. Cannot even make a complaint on the phone because we have been transferred five times and told to call back.

Way more reasonable than U Haul. Be sure you know about the deposit.

The lady who we talked to before we got into our truck was very nice; however, we ended up having to drive the truck about 45 miles in the dark while it was raining—here’s the catch: THE HEADLIGHTS ON THE CAR WERE BARELY VISIBLE. We even tried using the bright lights and you could hardly see those, as well. Apart from that, the tire light came on after we had only driven a total of 29 miles in the truck. And another thing, the truck was absolutely disgusting—there were used lollipop sticks in the bucket below the dashboard, bits and pieces of trash all over the truck, the windshield was covered in something that looked like the previous driver had sneezed really hard and not cleaned it off, and it smelled like cigarettes and body odor. The company obviously does not take care of their trucks, nor do they care about the safety of the people who drive them due to the headlight situation. I would not recommend this rental company to anyone due to these pitfalls.

DO NOT GET A TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE,I reserved a truck from this storage place a week before I planned on moving as you should always book ahead and not wait for last minute they said the had a truck I reserved one for the day of my move and got a call 18 hours before we are suppose to pick up the truck and was told that they have no truck for me or any in the state I understand that moving truck company’s have rotating inventory but you should call a customer way before reservation if it cannot be done. They asked if I tried calling U-Haul as if this happens everyday now we called u-haul and they do not have any available due to only being 18 hours before we need it. Horrible service horrible follow up horrible company do not use them.

Very bad. Made reservation online 2 weeks in advance, called 4 days before picking up, and said they would call back to confirm. No call, called the next day, same story, same no call. I called up until they told me the day before they had no truck. Budget customer found me one 75 miles away. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS....should not be in business!

I used this location twice each time I dealt with a nice young man. My job had moving a lot. Out of all the rental companies this one has been the cheapest

Negative experience, never will I ever use budget, the corporate people hung up on me when I was explaining my issue, and over charged me, and they do not honor their coupons, the truck we rented was in bad condition, dirty, old, it made our move very stressful, on top of being rude, they could care less about their customers.

Right headlight was out. Left headlight wasnt pointed straight. Opted out of insurance, but was charged for it anyway. I will not use budget again.
