The staff is very knowledgeable. I am a 100% Permanently and Totally disabled veteran . The VA Hospital has finally authorized us veterans to be able to get dental care close to home instead of driving 3 1/2 hours each way to VA and allowing a half an hour to find a parking spot. Dr. Daubenspeck is my dentist. He is very nice, does an awesome job on my teeth and has great chair-side manner. I have met his two assistants Babs and Erin who are awesome as well. They send in another dentist to do the veterans root canal treatments. I cannot remember his name, but he was nice and fairly calm with the extent of my severe anxiety. His assistant Rosie is also very awesome . She and Babs were able to calm me down before root canal treatment. I would recommend this dental office to anyone, especially local disabled veterans. I am blessed and would love to thank the staff at Carolina Forest Family Dentistry very much for treating me! ❤️🦋💜

If you need a good family dentistLook no further. Dr.Jason KigginsIs an awesome young man and very dedicated to his practice as well as his patients. I have been to him many times and I felt I was remiss by not making a public review. They are located on 501 and Rt. 90 in that beautiful brick building. Kudos to Dr. Kiggins.Keep up the great work.

They charged my fiance 50.00 for canceling (hours before the appointment) because he got called into work, then tried to tell him they wanted to be paid in full up front before they worked on him. Extremely rude and unprofessional phone call by the dentist today. Nothing but money hungry. Weve spent thousands there and they just lost 2 patients.

I needed a back tooth pulled because it was broken. I called and asked if they did extractions and was told yes.Showed up on time, and was told I had to have a consultation ($117). Dentist agreed the tooth had to come out. He said he was sending me to another dentist....asked why and he said they didnt do extractions......so all they wanted was to steal $117 from a person on a fixed income on SSD.NOW the dentist he referred me to wants a $100 consultation fee prior to pulling the tooth.....By all means, stay away from this con artist!
