I came here about a year ago and a nice woman did my coffin shaped, long, cats eye gelpolish nails with designs for $70. Last night, I got a plain set of square shaped acrylic nails from the man in here and he charged me $55. No polish, no finish. I stopped him from polishing because he was charging me $70 for green and yellow regular flat colors, no design, no extra details, nothing. I thought wow.. hes trying to rip me off, so Ill cut the super expensive polish job and color them myself. Still charged me $55. Also, theres a huge gouge in the tip of one of the nails. I know he saw it.. its impossible to miss. I will not be going here again. I couldnt get out of there fast enough.

They are all such lovely people! They were so kind and gave me exactly what I wanted! Will definitely be coming back to get my nails done next time. Will recommend to everyone!

Loved it here! They were so nice to me and my siblings and they gave us snacks and candy and let us watch cartoons! They also made my nails look soooo good.

I showed up extremely late and did not think that they would do my nails they stayed an extra 30 minutes after closing to finish my nails and to make sure they were exactly what i wantedthe best service i’ve ever received!!

I just got a manicure and it was not a good experience. The person doing my nails continuously cut my skin and filed my skin. My nail polish is poorly painted on. There are so many spots where you can see the nail because it wasnt painted properly. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else.

This was my second time getting a pedicure at Elite Nails. Both experiences were very good. I was surprised at how inexpensive they were. Both times they gave me a hot stone massage that made me almost fall asleep. They use a grater that takes off more dead skin than you ever knew you had. I feel like Im walking on clouds after they removed the cracks in my heels that I get from constantly running so hard. They really take their time to ensure the polish looks great and always ask for my approval on the thickness of my French tips. My only regret was going in with cat scratches that werent fully healed.

I got the regular pedicure and it lasted about 15 minutes. No talking. THe person who did it was very fast and did not pay attention to detail at all. She would do something to one foot, such as buff the toe nails, and then not do the other foot. It was not relaxing at allThen I went to get a full set of acrylics with shellac. A male did it very quickly as well. The nails were uneven. instead of using a large nail clipper to guarantee the nail was even and the same size as the other hand, a toe nail clipper was used. Nails were very uneven, not the same length, and came off within 3 days. The color peeled and the glue did not hold well. I wanted a little bit of length but he ended up filing down to where it was even with my skin. Did not trim my real nails first or buff them thoroughly to make the glue stick better.Will not be going back, will not recommend this location to anyone.Waste of 70 dollars.

As a dad when you tell your little girl you are going to do something you have to do it one way or another. Our local nail place didnt want to provide service because of it being 30 minutes till closing (semi understandable). Called everywhere with pretty much no good result, untill a I called Elite Nails. They said come on we will take care of you. They were great and even went 30 minutes past closing time taking care of my daughter and helping this tired dad keep his word!

I love how they were so good to me and my mother. I absolutely love their service. I can definitely see myself going here again.

I have been going here for over 20 years and they are without doubt, the best. No one else in town scrubs your feet down during the pedicure quite as well as they do. And it’s convenient to also get your eyebrows done at the same time. Love this place!

Well... it was decent at first but the guy who did my nails acted like he didnt even want to be there he pulled at my nails and my fingers are all still very very sore... my nails are warped 😐 I dont think Ill be back and I pray I dont have an infection because theyre not very sanitary with their equipment... Ive never had nails this painful before.... first and last time coming in... basically I paid $30 for warped nails with bubbles in them... extremely dissatisfied...

I got my nails and toes done the boy who did my toes burnt the top of my foot with a very hot rag after i continuously told him it was hurting he took it off and put it back on and my nails I got acrylic they are uneven and none of them are the same shape! Horrible place

Was really hoping the quality of this salon was above a one star. I went here due to the fact my regular salon is about a 2 hour wait. I walked right in and was seated immediately. I was there for a gel fill. The process took about an hour. Within 2 days the gel nail color was already peeling on the sides. Less than 2 weeks I have 2 nails completely lifting. Unfortunately I will be waiting 2 hours at my normal salon because Im not willing to throw money away for poor quality!

The people at Elite are AWESOME! I love the owners they are the nicest couple and very professional. There is an older woman whose speech is a bit short and stern but I think it is just because she struggles with English; she is still very professional. They always do a great job on my nail tips, and their pedicures are heavenly!

I went to get a regular manicure + polish and the young lady was watching a show on her phone while doing my nails. My polish came out uneven and bumpy. Nail polish selection was poor. And I didn’t even get a hand massage which is the reason I wanted to get a regular manicure. Prices are too expensive as well. I will NOT be back here again.

They really do a great job. They take their time and it pays off because my nails look great. Im a wife & mom and my gel nails keep for about 10 days even with all the house work I do. Ive never been anywhere that got my nails to look that good for that long. I do wish they had more people working at their place.

My baddest b***** got her nails done for her birthday. And they gave her a fungus on her pinkie finger causing her to have to go to the doctor potentially have literal SURGERY . We are both cosmetology students so we know how fungus can come about during a service. She went in to get a refund and they only refunded her HALF of the money. She is not able to work, or do hair at the moment while her finger is in this condition. It’s DISGUSTING & it’s INCONSIDERATE! So I highly do NOT recommend anyone going to this salon EVER! Funguses are very dangerous and can literally mess up a lot of nerves within your hands and toes!

I thought this place did a good job until my gel nails started to peel on day 3 and my nail polish on my big toe on the left side totally came off! Not chipped but came completely off along with the rest of toes. The only polish left is on my 2 smaller toes and big toe on the right. They just rushed me and werent concerned with doing a good job. Save your money, dont go to them. A Nails is sooooo much better.

This use to be my go to place but... I went in April 14th to get my nails done and they were pretty busy like usual... I felt rushed and he did a terrible job. He was rough and my nails are still sore and I finally ended up taking them off after a week because they looked so terrible. There were air bubbles galore and they werent all the same length and the acrylic gel was also uneven, like wavy. Just all around a terrible experience and it was my wedding weekend too. If you do go in there dont get the men. And it was $30!! Like what happened to $23?!

Got gift certificates for the girls, but one didnt want it. So I got my nails done instead. It was terrible! I told the guy three times one nail was broken. Not until the third time did he ask if I wanted him to cut off the broken nail. My nails do not have polish on the whole nail, and there are smudges on my skin!

I will never go there again. Two times in a row Ive went there & did not get what I asked for. After repeating several times what I wanted, they still didnt bother to listen to me. Like I said, NEVER returning.

Passing through ... needed my brows done... & I was in & out in no time ... its hard for people to do my brows well bc my brows are pretty much nonexistent lol but the lady in there did really good... I was happy! If Im ever in town again, this is my brow spot for sure!

Prices are ridiculous. I wanted a fill and 3 replaced with shellac and they told me 70. I’ve never been here and this was my first and last time.
