This place was really promising. The staff was great so that wasn’t the issue. They squeezed us in bc two nails canceled. I was left in a bowl of acetone that was on top of a wax warmer for over 20 minutes to the point that I pulled out my own hands bc it started to burn. My set that I got in Greenville had been on for over a month. This set hasn’t even lasted a week and my nails are lifting and chipping. They did a gel top coat without asking me and I get Dip nails to avoid the UV. The colors also seems to have something wrong with it bc both mine and my friends nails have these little white specks in the nails and we got different colors. They also charged my friend 38 but I head my guy tell the cashier to do 40 for me. We got the exact same thing done I’m not sure why mine was more expensive. I’m just kinda disappointed, not too sure that I’ll be going back. I spent too much for them to already be coming off and lifting.

I regularly used them as my go-to place when getting my nails done. However, their quality isnt as good as it use to be. And with their prices being what they are, I expect consistency. Three of my nails broke within a week. The color of my gel polish started to fade, so they all started having white spots everywhere. I recall another woman coming in with the same issue when I got my fill-in done, but I didnt think anything of it until mine became discolored too. I immediately returned to get a repair after the first one broke (before the discoloration started). I explained to the same technician about the nail breaking the same day she filled them in. She still charged for the repair, and placed the blame on me needing to take off the old acrylic and having them completely redone. If that was the case, why not say that prior to doing any service the day before? Basically wasted my money and time. I went elsewhere for my other repairs. The new technician immediately noticed the work that was done and what the first technician shouldve done differently. He fixed everything, and the pricing was better as well.

Id give 0 stars if i could. The guy doing my nails just didnt listen. I told him i wanted them thin and nature looking. They ended up chucky and thick. And he said he could do the design i asked for and it was awful!!!! I literally left their place and went directly to another place to get them fixed.... Never again.

Very professional services. I love the detail and speed. Mrs. Kim is the absolute best. Actually the whole crew is amazing. I love it and highly recommend.

I have used the services here on 544 since the doors opened the first day. I’m very happy with my nails. I can always get an appointment and my nails are always bragged on everywhere I go. Kim and her clients are a very professional crew and I enjoy the speediness of walk-in and appointments made here. I always call ahead to get the one person I want for my dip-in service as I have nails that have had lifetime problems and she knows how to work with them. I highly recommend Perfect Nails.

If you are looking for quality services this is not the salon. I booked an appointment for a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. During the manicure they did not trim my cuticles or shape my nails. The polish is uneven and bumpy. There are large gaps between my nails and the polish where the dip was laid over my cuticles (that were not trimmed). The pedicure was not much better. The cost of their services does not match the quality of the work done. Save your time and money and find another salon.

I went to have a new color in the powder dip. I asked to keep the length on my nails and for them to remain squared. I ended up with much shorter rounded uneven nails. My nails just one day later are chipping. I just called for them to make it right and was told they didn’t have time. Beware poor quality and they obviously don’t back their work.

The gentleman did a nice job preparing my nails but the polish didnt last. I had to redo the polish on several nails because they were rough and uneven. Very disappointing.

This is hands down my go to nail spa! Kim (owner) is the absolute best when it comes to nails. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her client is satisfied. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails & she ALWAYS delivers! She is usually very booked, but she always honors her appointments.The atmosphere & decore is also very nice as well. This place is the worst I’ve ever been toI’ve gotten eyelash extensions and they fell out the same day, went Back and they told me it was my fault and yelled at me and made me wait 45 mins and then told me I wouldn’t be able to get my eyelashes redone without paying again. Terrible experience

I have a few things to state.I want to start with that I spent $90 in a day at this place, and I left as an unhappy customer.I paid for a pedicure, manicure, and lash extensions (just the half set).The girl who did my pedicure was wonderful. She did a great job, was friendly, and I felt well taken care of with her.The woman who did my manicure seemed indifferent and in a rush to do it. She couldn’t wait for my pedicure to finish before starting on my nails and was waiting around in what felt like an impatient manner. The job she did on shaping my nails was and is tragic. I tried SNS for the first time, and they came out fine but her service and her overall job was not worth the money I dropped for it. Not only that, she made a comment about my eyebrows asking if I was getting them done, and I said no. Then, the girl who did my lashes made a comment about how I needed to get them touched up. Excuse me?Now the lash extensions. This was the part that promoted me to write a review. I have genuinely never given one before, but because I dropped so much money, I feel an obligation to warn others not to spend their money here.There’s only one girl who works there that can do extensions, and she has the worst attitude to people who aren’t regulars. With the people she sees regularly, she’s all buddy buddy with them, but to a new person, she couldn’t care less that you’re dropping a good amount of money for her service. I had to wait like 20 minutes or so for her to even get to my lashes, and I was wearing falsies up until the point she was ready. She walked by me and rudely asked me what I was doing because I should have already taken them off (it takes 5 seconds to pull of false lashes and I didn’t know when she was going to be ready). Then she rudely commands me to come to the room where she would apply them. I go back there and situate myself, and she spends the next 5 to 10 minutes on her phone. She doesn’t care about her customers. Then she applies my lashes in the most rushed fashion like she didn’t have a care at all about applying them. They came out unsymmetric looking between both my eyes, unevenly applied, and just over all poorly executed. She didn’t give me any instruction about caring for them and maintaining them at any point either, and this was my first time getting extensions. She was inexcusably rude from the minute I walked into the building.The only person I was pleased with was the first girl who pedicured me. The one star is for her.For dropping close to $100 (before tips!), I should have been treated as a better customer. I will not return there again for any service, and I highly advise anyone to avoid this place.

I have gone here multiple times and have had perfectly fine experiences with the gentlemen who works there, Tammy, and Maria’s mom. But I went yesterday and had the worst experience I have ever had so I will not be returning. I don’t know if this lady is new but I have never seen her before. She took and hour and half to give me a dip manicure that looks awful. She aggressively said no when I asked for coffin shaped nails. She filed my nails unevenly and shaped all of them sideways and completely differently. She was too focused on her phone and other people that she kept messing up what she was doing. I asked for sparkles on top and she didn’t do it. Then when I went to pay she charged me 50$. Every other time I have been in there for a dip manicure it has been 35$. I asked her why 50$ and she just kept saying “manicure is extra”. She gave me nothing more than what I usually get. I had the worst experience and paid more. Makes no sense. I was in such a rush and late because she took so long that I didn’t have any more time to waste arguing with her so I paid the 50$ for awful misshapen nails. Like I said I have been here before and been perfectly happy with the outcome, but this lady was so awful and gave me such a bad experience that I will not be returning here again. Such a shame.

I go to the 544 location and always see Kimi or David. They do great gel manicures and pedicures. They honor appointments and have great nail colors.

I made a appointment with Maria for eyelash extensions (clusters) I waited 30 minutes for her after arriving. she was not friendly or apologetic. While she was doing my lashes I noticed a weird smell the glue had and after she was done I then realized she used hair weave glue on my eyelashes. She told me after three weeks they would come off. So three weeks time they were still on I soaked with warm water and oil and rubbed off with a rag. 90% OF MY Real EYELASHES CAME OFF WITH IT. In tears I called ccu nails on 501 it was ten min before they closed she said to come in and they would help. Ann was very helpful and apologetic she removed the other eyes extensions and assured me there should not have been that much glue on my eye. I have visited ccu nails and day spa many times and almost every time left unhappy with my nails and the staffs attitude mainly the owner and her daughter. I will never again waste my money and time at this place.
