I spent a significant amount of time with them over the summer. One thing that surprised me from the start is that they have a genuine connection with each kid. Also they aren’t coworkers but friends, they welcomed me with open arms and we had fun every single day. Had a great group of kids come everyday and they couldn’t be taught by anyone better!Highly recommend

The Team did a class for our kids ranged from 8-11 on self defense and they all loved it! They really know how to reach the children at there level and prepare them for stranger danger. I was so impressed with how they have the kids show respect and listen. Great company and would highly recommend to hire them for this class.

My children attend the homeschool self defense classes and are learning so much more than self defense. They are all growing in confidence and self control. All of the staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable. We are pleased with all aspects of Toe 2 Toe including the cost. The monthly charges are reasonably priced, especially for large families. We love Toe 2 Toe!!!

This is such a great place! My girls are learning self defense skills through jiu-jitsu and kick boxing! How cool is that for kids!?! Everyone is amazing as is their back story and mission! I am so glad we chose Toe-2-Toe!

Toe2Toe is a fantastic place to learn the skills of martial arts among other things. They were also extremely helpful in lending the students of UCA their location for a graduate thesis film shot and released in 2020 during the pandemic. All of the staff were very understanding as well as informative when it came to on set safety while doing choreographed stunts. I would 11/10 recommend their services!

Mr. Robinson is a professional and fun instructor. He will keep you engaged when it comes to learning the law. His presentation is informing and directly to the point, all while keeping it interesting. The shooting portion of the the exam is made comfortable by the teams professional assistance. This is a great class if your looking for your concealed carry lisence.

They staff was very knowledgeable and competent. They were great with our kids! Very patient and engaging. I feel like it something were to happen to my daughter she would know how to respond in that situation. Job well done!!

Toe2Toe taught a self defense class to our church youth camp over zoom. It was very informative, interesting and engaging for the kids even through video. The youth came away knowing how to avoid bad situations when possible and how to protect themselves physically if they ever need to. They were able to teach several principles and techniques in our short 30 minute class.

Took class today 12.19.20 with my sister, 2 nieces and 4 great nieces. Curtis and his team were wonderful with the teens. Very professional and knowledgeable. Recently took two firearm courses with Curtis Robinson! He exhibits a passion for the course while teaching and draws in all who are present. I just completed the enhanced carry class taught by Curtis and I have to say by far one of the best classes I have ever attended. I have over 30 years as a trainer which give me a little insight as to a quality instructor. Curtis has an excellent delivery system to make it very easy to understand, he gives real life examples to bring te point home. Curtiss background and experience makes home a perfect person to teach this class. I would not hesitate to take any class he teaches.

His Halloween family event included dueling with light sabers and a karate kick pinata! Just plain positive fun.

My daughter and I both had the opportunity to take a class on self defense and learned a tremendous amount. This stemmed from how to protect ourselves, modeling moves, statistics, tools to use, scenarios to practice in, and great instructors!

I really enjoyed my firearms training. Being a complete novice, I received the perfect amount of instruction and practice.

I was really please with the class and how the instructor taught the course with excellent examples and experience to simplify the material to make sure everyone understood the material completely. This was a fantastic lesson. Age appropriate and thought provoking examples with real one on one techniques. The first program was “ Stun and Run”. If you have children you must contact this man to teach strategies to help them protect themselves. 5 stars without a doubt.

Conway is blessed to have access to a true warrior and master trainer. His martial skills have always been (and still are) far above his peers. Ive known this man for over 30 years. Our friendship started in the dojo and Ive considered him family every since.

We were looking for a martial arts program for our 4 year old daughter. Even though they start lessons at 5 y/o the instructor let us come in to shadow some classes so my daughter and I could see if it was a good fit. The instructors and other kids were so patient with my daughter. There was an area for parents to sit and watch the lesson. They offer multiple days for classes and they had the latest time slots compared to all other places in Conway which is helpful for us as we commute. The class prices are very reasonable and theres no monthly fee so you can come/go and not pay for classes if youre out of town/sick/etc!Mu daughter was still a little young so we are going to wait another year but we will be back!!

My experiences with Curtis have never been anything but positive. He is knowledgeable and talented, but couples that will an amazing ability to translate that into a useable form for his students. I have never had another instructor that has had the same ability to demonstrate and communicate methods so clearly. Positive, professional, and demonstrates a honest interest in his students growth.

My husband and I had a great time taking the CHCL course today. I shouldve taken this course a long time ago. Curtiss and his staff are knowledgeable, patient and very approachable with all of our questions during the course. Today, I realized that just knowing how to shoot is not enough- we also have to understand how to legally use firearms- how it works, how to carry it, the mechanics, the law, the possiblities, and a whole lot more. Theres more to it than just knowing where you can carry and how to save your life. This course also teaches you on how to be more responsible of your actions. This course is so important, so important that Im thinking about taking the Enhanced CHCL course soon. This is time and money well-spent! Thank you for the opportunity!

I’ve been working with Curtiss since November 2018. When everyone else was afraid to take on someone with a disability he accepted the challenge. This is an amazing program. My 5 year old son takes junior jujitsu and junior kickboxing. Curtiss works very well with him. He is kind and patient with the children as they learn new skills. Ive personally trained with the head instructor, Curtiss Robinson for years. He was one of the first martial arts instructors Ive ever had, and after several years of training I received my black belt in his art. At Toe2Toe you will learn from an array of different arts including BJJ, traditional Jiujitsu (for takedowns similar to both Judo and Wrestling), and kickboxing. Thanks to solid foundation laid down by Curtiss (and my other instructors at the time, Bill MacCumbee and Matt Avant) Ive been able to enter the world of amateur fighting with full confidence in my abilities.Aside from self-defense, some of the most important lessons you will learn here will be mental. Learning and drilling new techniques is only half the battle, the other half is creating the proper mindset for approaching confrontations of any sort and assessing the proper reaction to the situation. Curtiss is one of the best sources for learning all of the above.
