UPS is the absolute worst!!!! Package said delivered when it wasn’t, and the drivers are not held responsible for their actions. You call and can NEVER speak to anyone. If my packages have to be delivered by UPS I’m not ordering because I’m done dealing with them! Didn’t even deserve 1 star!!
Front desk guy is super friendly and very informative.
Went there to pick a package. Show the guy the tracking number. He looked it up went got the pack. Had to show him my Drivers License to prove who i was. And i was on my way. No problems. Very easy to find.
Takes any excuse to not deliver. Rarely delivers in a timely manner. The driver is always nice though so this is definitely a management issue.
So packages are being delayed for “adverse weather conditions.” Problem is there hasn’t been any bad weather in the area for over a week now, so why the weather excuse? I was supposed to have two packages delivered yesterday. Both reported on truck for delivery. 1 got delivered, the other is “delayed for bad weather.” Seriously? Is the teensy bit of misty morning fog really that “adverse” for your drivers?

Horrible service. driver lost my package. i am heavily infuriated by the fact that no one in this facility knows where my package is.oh and I wouldn’t advise you guys to delete this review because i will leave another one with another email if you shut out my opinion (and so on and so on..)
Delivered my package to the wrong house. I cant get a refund bc it shows the package was delivered. Even though ups said it went to a different address. The color Brown is very fitting these days.
Amanda is awesome! She is very professional and just a joy to work with. I have used her UPS service multiple times. I will literally drive across town just to get her help.
I would of appreciated a little more accurate information,this way I would of had time to pic up my package on Friday, instead of Monday, when my husband has the vehicle!!!!!! And/Or courteous time to pic it up, thanks a lot!!!! Well at least my package was found, Praise God For That!
I will never use ups services again as long as i live. Everytime i have a package shipped through them its never on time. And they always say there was a problem. Now my son wont have his Christmas presant because they didnt want to deliver my package.
I waited for a package to be delivered all day and eventually checked the status to make sure everything was okay. Apparently they tried to deliver my package but I never heard a knock even though I was home all day. I call and she said that I could pick it up and that I would be recieving a phone call with the details of where to go and hours of operation. Never received a phone call so I call again to check and it said that my package was here. Now its after hours and I still have to wait until tomorrow to pick up the package I was expecting 3 days ago.
The last 2 items we have had delivered have been BADLY damaged. So much so we are having to return to the store. A small fridge from best buy was dented on all sides. And running boards ordered off of Ebay. Both delivered by UPS so badly damaged they are not even usable. The boxes were obviously crushed when placed on our porch.
I told them over and over do not put my packages over the gate that my dogs will tear them up, and as for now, I have lost remote controls, expensive jewelry, speakers, CDs, X-Box games because they keep throwing my packages over the gate to my dogs. They said to stop that I would have to pay to update my profile on UPS website to a paying customer. Now does that sound right when they owe me $100s right now?
Good service, and the service is best if you look them up in an older phonebook and call directly.
I missed my package delivery, i called up customer center and customer rep pick up the phone.I unable understand her English, Probably no human being cant understand her English.
Horriblee !!! Package was supposed to be delivered but they couldnt find the address . I called the UPS customer service in conway to verify and they said it was correct. Then couldnt find it again. So I arranged to pick it up but due to work schedules and their horrible time openings it was inconvient so I cancelled the arrangements and talked to a woman with a very bad attitude to reschedule the delivery and make sure the address was correct and she didnt bother to answer questions about the address, she just continued to repeat it. Looked online and the address was still not correct & have still not recieved my package after the reshipment process. Had to use the leave with neighbor option to enter my correct address. They said I would get it the next day and I still have not recieved it. They only go by whats on their site, they dont help or anything in Conway. It is taking 2+ weeks to recieve my package from them. The woman was very rude and impatient. One star for answering the phone.

I do not understand how anyone in Conway gets his or her packages with ups. The customer service center first told me I could pick up my package, but by the time I got there that evening, they had returned it to the sender. They are rude, liars, and do not care about helping customers in any way, shape, or form.
For the second time my packages were not delivered to me, but to someone else!!! These were my autistic sons pull ups!!!!!! How hard is it to read someones address?
Bad experience. Paid extra for a specific delivery date. Package was not delivered on time, nor the day after. Attempted to find out why and was given some bs answer. Decided to just to pick it up from facility. Had to wait until after 7pm to get it. Bad customer service.

Package was supposed to be delivered today in Conway; delivery was changed this morning until tomorrow. Since office closes at noon tomorrow, I called to see if I could pick up package tomorrow. Was told package in Little Rock, could pick up tomorrow morning in Conway. Received text 5 minutes later that package was ready for pickup in Conway. Someone not telling the truth.....
Ridiculous says there hours 9-7 not true at all there open for like 30 minutes in the morning then dont open again till 3. Cant even pick anything up till 3
