My husband joined Swift River CrossFit more than a year ago and spoke so highly of it that I finally joined and it was the best thing I ever did. I love the variety of workouts, the small class size, all the instructors,and the wholesome participants who are so encouraging and fun to work out with. Ive already improved my strength and I havent been there that long. Their new gym is fantastic. If you are thinking of trying it out, you wont be sorry!

Been apart of swift river community for 4.5 years now. These coaches are spot on safe, attentive, empowering and beyond encouraging. Each coach knows their members very well better than any business I have witnessed. They know about their lives, goals, and fears in and out of the gym. You feel appreciated just being there, which adds a whole other level of want to commit to stick with it. During the shut down. They assigned personal coach communication with everyone, let us borrow equipment and hosted Multiple daily video classes and went above and beyond what anyone would expect. There is so much love and dedication from the athletes and coaches here. Please try it. ANYONE can do cf. That is the beauty of it. Scaling for all levels. Please join us.
SwiftRiver is an amazing place to work out. It’s a very welcoming community. People cheer each other on to do individual bests, or for just making through a tough workout. All the coaches are knowledgeable and go the extra distance to make sure we perform the moves correctly. Thank you Aimee and Paul for creating SwiftRiver.
They are great at keeping me on track. When I do not make it into the gym they always check up on me to make sure everything is okay. If I have a tough time in one of the workout sessions they will reach out the next day to check in and see if I need any help with muscle pains and give me great stretches to help me. Great people great team!
After contemplating joining for years, I finally made the leap and I dont regret it!. I absolutely love Swift River CrossFit. As a competitive runner, I was already fit but lacked full body fitness and strength. Every class has been challenging and fun at the same time. I cant say enough great things about the instructors. Very supportive while also pushing you to do your best. its also a very welcoming atmosphere of locals who are also supportive of each other throughout each class. Im looking forward to continuing my CrossFit journey with Swift River.

I was a 1st timer at CrossFit. To get me up to speed, the team at Swift Cross River gave me FREE private training sessions. When I was ready, I joined the group! It removed the intimidation factor and gave me a chance to learn the ropes! I love the weight training. Makes me strong and fit. All types there, beginners and experts. The group encourage you to show up and push yourself - which after eating through COVID and being 47 I need! Great group of people. Fun, helpful and super kind! I highly recommend giving it a go!
Swift River CrossFit has provided me with nothing but the best fitness experience. The coaches are not only motivating and knowledgeable but are simply great people. Hi, Im Jen McClure and came into Swift River Crossfit from a recommendation from a friend. It was totally different from any other excersise program I have ever done. There was a learning curve (and still is) but despite being a lot older and a lot less inshape than most of the others, I feel like I have accomplished so much more than I ever have in the past. Everyone is sooooo supportive, encouraging and friendly! The instructors help and route you on at every turn. I really look forward to going to class and getting better at each excersise. If you are looking to get in real good shape and feel healthy, Swift River is awesome.......try it out!

Swift River hands down has the best coaches I have ever worked with! They are well versed and extremely knowledgeable with their material. Most importantly they know when to push me out of my comfort zone for my own growth. The community at Swift River CrossFit is unlike anything Ive experienced before. From day one it has been a warm atmosphere because of the coaches and members who care for your personal success. I highly suggest joining this wonderful place.
I was not interested in joining a gym, and I had even less interest in getting up in the morning to work out, until I started at Swift River CrossFit. I am continually impressed by how caring and knowledgeable the coaches are. They are super supportive of every ability. They have helped me modify all the workouts so they achievable, yet they push me. More than anything, the classes are fun, never boring, and make you stronger for every day life. I would highly recommend it.
I joined Swift River Crossfit exactly a year ago, and I love it. I was always in and out of fitness, and this is the first thing that has kept me coming back consistently for a good length of time. The workouts are always challenging, and the coaches are always right there to help and encourage. The environment at the Box is much more friendly than your average local gym; you will not feel intimidated here, in fact the atmosphere is quite the opposite. Regardless of your current level of fitness, you would be welcomed here, and workouts can all be scaled to your level.
SRCF is by far the best place Ive joined to get the most out of my workout. Its very challenging and pushes me to keep trying harder. The coaches are incredible! Theyre all very knowledgeable and truly care about the success and health of each member. I couldnt recommend SRCF enough!!!!

Great place to work on fitness!
I was very leery of Cross Fit in the beginning. The coaches at Swift River are amazing and I quickly became a regular. I am stronger than I have ever been at 52. They are huge on safety, technique and not over training. They really work with you if you have any physical limitations. I am so happy I joined the Swift River Family.
I tried Cross fit for the first time with coach Craig and loved it. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and helped me to meet my fitness goals. Thank you!!
I truely enjoy Swift River CrossFit. The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I am 7months pregnant and so grateful I have been able to keep going, I wouldnt want to be anywhere else!!!
SRCF is more than just nutrition, more than just fitness, more than just a score. It is a community that supports each person on his or her wellness journey and provides the individual and group support necessary to meet each goal. Great box! Clean organized and friendly. Bob is the man! The community in the box is great. I drop in every time I’m in town (which is a lot). Make this a part of your vacation plan for sure. If you’re local you have to try this box out! I guarantee you will keep going back.
I highly recommend this gym/box. It has completely changed my life, my perspective on my abilities and has given me strength and confidence. I am so glad I started going with my sister last Winter, it got me through the darkest part of the year and has been a wonderful supportive community. I started at Swiftriver CrossFit 6 months ago. Having no athletic ability, I was terrified until I met Coach Bob. He found modifications for all of the movements that I could do. The change in what I am capable of in the last six months is amazing! Every class is different so boredom is never an issue and the community of people are welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend Swiftriver CrossFit no matter what your athletic ability. You will find a challenging work out, great coaching and a supportive group to cheer you on!

The community here is amazing. Supportive, challenging, and encouraging. Instead of trying to squeeze a workout into my schedule, I schedule around my workouts! SRCF has prioritized fitness and helped me get healthy overall. I can’t recommend it enough.

I joined 2 years ago now. I had been procrastinating getting back to a fitness regime. It was intimidating at first,but every member and coach was encouraging and motivating! Its now a religion for me. I also look for boxes in my travels. Many thanks to all of you!

In about 4 months, going 3 times/week, SRCF helped me rebuild my strength & range this summer to a condition I haven’t experienced in 2 decades! I’m nearing 60 & I’ve had 5 joint replacements from degenerative arthritis over the past 16 years and my fitness has declined to rival a 70-year-old. Being active walking, biking, hiking & downhill skiing wasn’t hitting all the necessary spots. I still had trouble getting down on the floor & getting back up. I didn’t trust all my joints while stressed in angled positions & was always afraid of falling. I am grateful to be walking, thanks to medical technology, so I need to protect that.I had belonged to gyms in the past, but CrossFit is something else. I saw the effect it had on my girlfriend, who had also lost herself in the challenges of life & I wanted that rebuild, too. I had no pain for the first time in ages & I wanted to get my body back—to stop feeling old. Several reasons I think it worked so well for me is the way exercises can be scaled down so you don’t hurt yourself, then there’s the community of members that encourage you. Plus, the awesome morning coach, Bob. He is very compassionate while encouraging you to challenge yourself. The exercises you do there weren’t like anything I’d done before. It worked my body in ways that made my property mgmt job seem easy, It was awesome!The proof in the effort was experienced 6 weeks later when I slalom waterskied—1-ski deep water start—for the first time in 13 years! It is my 2nd favorite sport, but I haven’t been healthy enough to do it since I moved lakeside 13 years ago... I never thought I’d do it again. I am no longer just the boat driver for everyone else! It felt great & nothing hurt! I CAN come back!I have just had my 6th (& last, I hope) joint replacement and am taking the winter to heal (just downhill skiing & snowshoeing), but look forward to returning to SWCF in the spring. It got me out of bed in the morning for time for me before everyone else took my time away. I’m looking forward to the restored ‘Jo’ in 2020! Thank you, SRCF!!
SRCF is awesome! The coaching staff is amazing and know each of the members by name. During a workout, there is always support from the coaches and other members. I highly recommend SRCF for anyone, as the entire workout can be adjusted to meet the ability of the individual. Come check it out!
