Great folks here. Had just left the beach headed home when I caught a bolt in my tire. I also had a fully loaded uhaul trailer hooked. These guys pulled me around back so I didnt have to drop the trailer. Fixed my tire and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Cant thank yall enough for the hospitality.

Very professional, helpful staff. I didnt have an appointment, but I was still was greeted and taken care of immediately. My tire size was not in stock but they were able to accommodate me and find the right tires for me in no time. I would definitely recommend using this location.

Took my car for an oil change on a Saturday. I was told that it would be 45 minutes, so I had my son come pick me up, and told the guy Id be back. I called at around 12:00 and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Guy didnt tell me they close at 1:00. I show up at 1:20 and the man behind the desk tells me rudely that I have to wait outside for 15 minutes before I can get my car. They never called or anything. The lack of respect in which I was spoken to really took me back. It took a lot to remain calm. If Id said anything, it would not have come out right so I kept my mouth shut. Not very appreciative of the business that they get. I cant see myself going back there and having to give my money to that squirt of a man again.

When I first got there I felt they were quite rude in the way they responded to me. But afterwards, checking out and the work they did seemed fine.Although my visit turned around some from when I first got there and reading other reviews it sounds as though some of the workers that deal with the customers need to realize that it is the customer that keeps them going. Maybe they can take some classes in common courtesy. Im just saying.

I purchased two trailer tires while on vacation in South Carolina. I was quoted a price and when I picked them up was charged a higher price. It came up on my phone to rate Black’s Tire. I gave them a one and said why. Within a half hour I received a call from the store manager. He asked what happened and I told him. He changed my bill to the price I was quoted and even took some off of the add on charges like balancing, valve stem, etc. I told him I did not mind the add on prices just wanted the tires for what I was quoted. He still took more off the bill. I believe this company is truly customer oriented and the manager, I believe his name was Chad, went out of his way to make sure I was treated right and satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

First day after the hurricane I had a flat. Got there at 730am they took me right a way. Fix my tire and put my spare and jack back into the trunk where it belongs under the trap door. Always a job well done and not expensive for anything.

As I was in my way driving to CT my car was making an awful noise which I thought was my hubcap. I pulled in and within 2 minutes they had my car up on the lift. Turned out to be a list screw and something dragging. It was fixed in 5 minutes and I was on my way! Chad was incredibly sweet and didn’t even charge! Amazing service and I would highly recommend!!!

The technician changed the oil and rotated the tires, but didnt fill the tires with air. I had to return a few days later, when I had time to do what he should have done as part of the job.Your response to the initial complaint lacks any substance.

After moving here 3 years ago, I had used Juffy Lube for my car. A friend suggested Blacks, so I tried it. They are very courteous and friendly. Did what i requested for my car and i was out in a jiffy. I reccomend them very highly!

Very happy with Blacks Tire and auto. Been there twice in the last few months for tires on my vehicles. Prices are great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I have used Blacks Tire & Auto service for 18 years. Most of the time good results except for rims being scratched I have no complaint. Take pictures of your rims before service if damage is done you have proof and check rims before leaving.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced from a shop. I had a roaring noise in my tire and squeaking coming from the brakes, I also needed an inspection for my vehicle for work. They advised me they would call me before they did anything to make sure I was aware of all issues and cost. I had to call them 3 different times to find anything out within the 5 hours I was waiting. Picked my car up 5 hours later. After paying $102 and some change, I still have the roaring noise in my tire and the squeaking from the brakes. A complete waste of time and money! Take your business elsewhere.

I went here a while back and had a broken TPMS sensor taken out and my tires rebalanced, by Joe and he did a great job. The whole Conway crew is great! I am very happy with my experience at Blacks Tire.

Quick service but they use old valve stems which left us stranded. They also should have noticed I needed a new tie rod when they did my alignment.

I brought my car here maybe 2 or 3x. I believe they are a little pricey.Anyways I brought my car in one time for an oil change, I had my own oil 5qts and oil filter. They did the oil change and sent me on my way. 2days later I check my oil and it looks pretty low. I took it back, one guy who Ive spoken to before hes actually helpful came out and told me that it looks to be low about a 1.5qtz. So I go into to shop they pull my information up and say Well thats because you supplied your own supplies, your car takes 6qtz of oil, and you only had 5qtz well isnt that something you should have informed me before just sending me on my way to mess up my engine. Well we expect you to do your own research ?????? What thats crazy! As mechanics you are my car Dr. you should tell me so I can do better..

Just got three tires balanced at 4:30. I had a blow at 7:00. Now I am stuck on the side of the road and they are closed.
