We would highly recommend! We got home on a hot 95+ degree Friday evening around 7pm. We left messages for two other local companies and nobody returned our call. At 8am Saturday we called Pearce and got a response less than 5 minutes later. By 1pm the repair was completed and the ac was working! Thank you SO much!

I had to reach out to Pearce Heating and Air because my home warranty was taking forever to get a repair technician out to my home in the dead of summer. From the initial contact, they were friendly and accommodating. When no one else could be found, they offered to come out the same day to restore my air conditioner. The technician that they sent out showed up early and was “super” professional. He explained to me what was going on with the unit and just left a “good” impression. If their other technicians are anything like Austin, I will be using them for years to come and they have my “solid” stamp of approval. I don’t know how big this company is, but they instill customer service in their employees. Call them… they are affordable and worth the time. Especially if you break down in the summer 😅

During one of the hottest streaks of weather recently, our AC died. Both AC and heat were 30 years old, so we replaced both at the same time. Chad at Pearce worked extra hard to try to get us some air going to get relief from the 105-107 feel like temps.When the equipment was available Brandon and Rick (install technicians) came on time, worked their tails off, and we had air conditioning at the end of the day.Good service from all.Terry SenClair

The rental business that I rent from contracted Pearce to install a new AC unit. They were very respectful, professional, and did a good job with installing the unit. They took special care to not track mud into apartment. One service man took off his shoes when coming in apartment. When it came time to do the install, the service men put down floor coverings to protect the carpet. After the install, they took the time to explain about the new thermostat. They were really nice to work with!

Jordan has been my service technician twice. Once in November when our heat was not working. Everybody did a great job replacing our HVAC unit. Took them roughly 8 hours to do, which is pretty short. Not much of a mess to clean up (nothing a little vacuuming cant fix) and the new unit works great.

Austin was extremely professional. He fixed mistakes from a previous company. It took some research to find the problem but he handled it. Both of my units are old and when it comes time to replace them, pierce heat and air will get the business.

He was very professional. Seen problems and didn’t try to get us to pay more. He fixed what he could and said they would send us a quote for the problem. Stayed a while making sure everything was working properly before he left. Like him and this company. Will use in the future!

On Christmas eve our very old heat and air system finally went kaput. We contacted Pearce Heat & Air because they have provided excellent service to us for years. They responded quickly and provided quotes to repair the old system and quotes for new systems. We chose a new system. The entire process went smoothly and the work was done professionally. My old R22 Lennox heat pump was acting up. Called out Pearce HVAC. Lennox was loosing Freon. Had always cooled great until this. Being R22 I realized I best update. I now consider this heat pump was an APPLE.I decided to have,what was the so-called top of the line heat pump by BOSCH, to be installed in October 2019 by Pearce HVAC.As some at Pearce should now, I have been extremely disappointed with this unit ever since it was installed and have voiced such.This unit to me is a HI-TECH LEMON. It can not match the cooling of the old Lennox before it lost excessive Freon.I have NO issue with Pearces technicians. Theyve done their best, I am sure.Something isnt right about it. If this doesnt alert Pearce to investigate this issue, I suppose my next step is to call BOSCH and complain.The low rating I give is no way targeted toward the technicians that installed and serviced this unit.Steve GarrettConway, AR

Horrible experience and a huge waste of time and money! I had already had my heating system looked at by a friend in the business and I was told it was just water in the exhaust vent. I made an appointment with Pearce Heating and Cooling to come out and fix the issue and get the unit back up and running. After two hours of looking at the unit, multiple phone calls to the technicians boss and me telling technician that water is in the exhaust vent I got stuck with a $199.42 bill and a quote of $1,000 to fix the units board. I called another local Heating and Cooling company and the problem was resolved in twenty minutes after the technician drained the water out of the exhaust vent and fixed the pipe so it wouldn’t retain water. The break down of the $200 bill is ridiculous too. I was charged $59 to get the technician and stocked vehicle to my location (I live in Conway) and $123.75 for nothing!

Our technician, Jordan, was incredible. He was extremely thorough and took time to explain everything to me and then explained it again to my husband when he arrived home. I would highly recommend both this company and this technician.

Pearce installed a new ac unit for me today and it feels great! The owner told me that they finish 95% of the jobs all in one day. I changed Heat and Air company this year and went with Pearce and I am so glad I did. They told me they would be here at 10:30 this morning to service my Air unit. Before 10:30, Pearce sent me a text with the name and picture of the tech (Brandon). Brandon showed up at 10:30 as promised. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I was glad that he found a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and was so happy that he made those repairs today while he was here instead of rescheduling another appointment down the road. Lost HVAC cooling after a storm on a Friday night. I called way too early for a Saturday morning and got a very quick response. In an attempt to keep me cool, the technician gave a number of suggestions of things to try, all non-invasive, during the numerous calls he made it me during the day to make sure I was kept aware of his progress towards getting to my house. Once at my location he determined that the inside unit circuit board was damaged and would not communicate with the thermostat. Instead of simply telling me that it would be at least Tuesday before I had cooling, it was a holiday weekend, he found a way to get the unit cooling so that we would be comfortable until a replacement board could be procured. It is that commitment to the customer that sets Pearce above the rest for me.

This company is very professional and reliable. I have used them for years for all my HVAC needs and would highly recommend them.

Jim was courteous and very helpful. While another HVAC company had quoted us $10k for a new unit, Jim explained that a simple fix was available for less than a couple hundred bucks! When the system finally does fail, I’ll definitely be getting my new one from Jim!

Weve been using Pearce for our annual maintenance and they are great! They bring old-fashioned customer service: courteous, prompt, knowledgable, and above all professional! Recently one of our 1 ton units died (approx 15 yrs old). Knowing the 2nd unit was likely to go at any moment, we had Pearce replace them both with a 4 ton Lennox unit and set them up with 2 zones (2nd zone for the upstairs bonus room). Wow, what a difference in strength and efficiency! We especially like the new Smart thermostats. Thanks to Jim and his team of professionals: Blake, Ben, Ryan, and Tanner. Highly recommend!!

They did exactly what they said they would do: Got things up to code and did maintenance to help my system last as long as possible. The techs were polite and friendly explaining what needed to be done.

And, the service guys are nice, considerate, & very helpful.I highly recommend the annual maintenance contract if you want to save some money. Four free visits per year! And, very reasonably priced. Pearce H&A did an absolutely fantastic job. From the time they came and gave us an estimate, helping us with the financial arrangements, and when they came to install it. The 2 young men who put it in spent from 5 to 6 hours of the 8 hours in the attic installing it. Outdoors temps was 98 degrees. The unit is very quiet running and is very cold inside the house. We originally called Pearce for emergency service on our heater, but then signed up for an annual maintenance plan. When our AC coil started leaking, they were the ones we called to repair and eventually replace the system. I cant say how their prices compare with others because weve just stuck with the one company. Ive been consistently impressed with the technical knowledge and professionalism of their employees, whether just performing a service call or installing a new HVAC system.

I will only use Pearce! I can’t imagine finding a company better than this one. They are the absolute best at what they do. On time, friendly, I can afford them, and they do the best work!

I have been a customer for around 25 years. I just got a new central heating and cooling unit installed last week by Ryan and Blake. They were top of the line all around. I noticed a leak later that day (it was raining). I called a roofer and he said he found no issues near the leak. He thought it was related to the installation, and recommended I contact Pearce...but it wasnt. It was just a coincidence. Ryan and Blake came out, and found the issue. It was a leak in in the sealant for one of the pipes on the roof. It was NOT connected to my new system at all! They sealed this one, and went ahead and proactively put sealant around another similar pipe as well. They were called for an issue that wasnt connected to the work they did, and they kindly took care of this unrelated issue at no charge. WOW!!! OUTSTANDING!!! So glad Im still with Pearce! I have been very impressed through the years with several other members from Pearce too. Doug, Jim, and David have also been outstanding. I highly recommend them. I know they recently had some promotions going, and I think they may still be active. Now is a good time to bite the bullet and get a new system if you need one. They are great folks!
