They have always been so nice and sweet. The owners will go above and beyond to make sure that the service they provide is a 110%. I love the shop cleanliness and Trish does the best art work for my nails. Ive been with them for over 4 years and would not trade them in for anything. If youre looking for excellent service and great customer service. This is the place to be!

😡1st time I went with my 13 yr old to get shilac mani and it didnt even last 6 days before starting to peel. Manager tried to blame it on lotion I was using so he redid just the nails that were peeling and now 5 days later nails are peeling again. One nail peeled off in one whole piece.😡 He refused to give me money back for me or my daughter. Never going back there again!! Pic is of 2nd time, 1st time was worse! Oh and place looked like they dont sanitize tables or chairs smh😷

We love going there. Since Covid they have lost their staff, so call ahead and check what time is best. We never have a bad experience there! Mani and Pedi or even dip. We keep going back.

I spend a lot of mo day on my nails here. The guy does a great job. He never completes the job though. He pushes me off on much less experienced techs. I’d pay any amount if all his techs were decent. He spends his time fixing all their mess ups. Not the way to run a nail shop

Absolutely loved this place. The younge lady I had was amazing and incredibly sweet. We had fun and light hearted conversation. Oh and my nails! Exactly how I wanted. She took her time and didnt rush. Mia I will be coming back to this nail salon just because of you. Thank you

DONT GO HERE!!! They will tell what they can do when you show them a picture but your nails will be a disappointment. The unlicensed techs have their pictures over other licensed techs pictures and the staff include a couple of juveniles who also are not licensed. The polish is old and clunky and they still use it. After i pointed out to the unlicensed tech that my nails were not straight they started filing until my nail beds now have no curve they are now flat. When i started to tell them that the nails are not like i wanted them they made me pay upfront as if i was not going to pay for services. As the person in charge started to explain how the rep is his student and how he trained them he’s still trying to correct the problem at the same time telling me there is nothing wrong which at that point they are rushing me out of the door. I will never darken their door nor will i EVER recommend them. I know this review may not mean much but just wait until your turn in that same chair and from the reviews im not the only one that had a horrible experience. I feel disrespected because in the middle of doing my nails WRONG they demanded payment in front if other customers who were sitting there. If i could give them 0 stars i would. No respect. No accountability. No way to treat an unsatisfied still paying customer.😡

Its like any place run by the orientals. They work fast and charged you for everything. Dont get me wrong nail job is pretty good.

My friend recommended this place and I think I found my favorite nails salon. Ive been turned down for natural feeling dipping power at every other places until this one. Trish was the one who is able and willing to do that for me, and she did such an amazing job. It feels like my natural nails. I dont really feel the thickness of the powder. I love it so much. I would definitely keep going back here.

The manager (younger male) does an amazing job on dip! My dip has been on for 3 weeks and they look awesome! Very polite people, and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend!

My initial visit was good, but two days later my nail broke from picking up a minor item. I quickly called and told them what happen. I questioned him on their policy for chipped nails and the man told me to come in and they would take care of it. When I came in, they told me it was my fault but I tried to explain what happened. When Michelle was half way through she told me she was going to charge me for a new nail and since all the nails didnt break it wasnt her fault even though the glue is coming off the other nails. The finished product was not in the shape I wanted and was not smoothed out.

I literally came out of there crying. Please dont come here to get ur eyebrows waxed if you want to keep your thick eyebrows. I have thick eyebrows and wanted to keep them. I told the lady to give me an arch while maintaining the thickness I have come to enjoy, but I came out of the store with extremely thin brows compared to before. I have a high arch with an extremely thin tail and they are somewhat noticeably uneven. After looking in the hand held mirror, I explained to her that she made them too thin even after repeatedly telling her to keep as much hair on my face as possible while creating an arch. She did not even say sorry! Instead she tried to explain why she HAD TO make them thin! No, my eyebrows do not have to be this thin!!!! No tip for you maam!!! Never going here again. Only for those who have thinner brows, can this be a last resort.

New owners!!! So excited I went in needing a nail fixed and seen the new owners they used to work up the street and loved them but couldnt find them anymore until I walked in and found out that they bought this place! Thank goodness now i dont have to drive to new braunfules anymore!!

They did a solid job here. I was skeptic because of all the crappy reviews but it’s under new management so I gave them a shot. They are very professional and the lady who did my toes was awesome! I actually feel like I got a pedicure done, she didn’t just go over the “surface” of a pedicure, she dug in under there lol

I use to go to this place but after a while my nails started cracking and then they started looking lumpy. The owner and his sister are very nice and compassionate. I’m just getting tired of my nails cracking, chipping after a day or two.

Ive visited this nail salon several times. My last two experiences were horrible. My first experience was outstanding, so I decided to return. On my previous visit I got a dip set. Within a weeks time 3 of my nails broke. On my last visit, I got my eyebrows waxed. The wax was too hot, leaving me with a burn. To top it off, my eyebrows are noticeably uneven!

Horrible experience when paying!!So the Debit card machine had a malfunction when paying. I didnt have cash on me. Waited 15 - 20 minutes until nail tech guy said Im going to need you to take cash out had to drive about 5 minutes down the road to my bank. Came back paid 50.00 for my nails! He had the nerve to give me a 1.00 discount for the inconvenience I went threw.Overall I think the situation could of been handled better he could of stuck that 1.00 up his you know what!(First time there and never going back)

Terrible. Bubbles in the polish, chipping in just a couple of days. Massage chair was old and not very smooth. My back was actually sore after. Will not visit again.

Went to get my toes done after I made a reservation for 1230 and waited over a HOUR, and as I was waiting some guy walked in asked for a pedi and they sat him down right away and started, and when we called them out basically saying why is he going first when I’ve been waiting for a hour they said “ he’s a guy so it’ll be fast “ it took them 45min to do it. I started complaining and the girl RUDLY got up and started my chair with water and you can just tell there was so much attitude with it, I finally said “ forget it. I don’t even want them done here anymore “ and guess what, she RUDLY went back and slammed the bottom that turns the Water off, and went back to the chair where she was working on my sisters nails and was completely aggressive with her nails and ruined them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Last time I came, they had the same problem with other people. NEVER GOING AGAIN, TERRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

HORRIBLE WORKERS ! UNFAIR ! Got my nails done a full set with shellac thats all and the The idiot younger girl didnt even do my nails and she charged me a full set with solar with shellac it was $50 I told her I didnt get solar it was a normal full set she argued and emarassed me and I explained to her that I get my nails done all the time and I know solar is a different powder. She kept changing her story then she said that the full set is only the nails and the solar is the powder which is stupid how can you have a full set with no powder anyways I wasnt guna argue over 15 dollar I left it like that but Never again will I go here. Plus the nail was short way shorter than what I wanted HORRIBLE JOB !
