Would give 0 stars if possible. SUPER RUDE BOSS! An old man by the name of Kerwin Robinson. I run a dry cleaners, he set the dusty fire extinguisher down on the table where I take my customers clothes. All I said was Do you mind moving that to the other counter? and he went off on look if you dont want me to be here I dont have to and then started cursing at me. I simply didnt any dust from the fire extinguisher to get on my customers clothes as one customer was there the whole time. There was no need for him to be verbally abusive, this guy clearly needs to go to anger management for his issues and keep his huge ego in check. Not surprised at all that his business has less than 2.5 stars, I mean the sheet attitude and audacity.

Contacted the company and they told us they would gives us a call on Monday, which they did. Then they came and replace all our old fire extinguisher and gave us a discount on top. The gentalmen was very nice and completed the job in a very short time. I am keeping him to service every year. Very satisfid and happy customer....

This guy came into my business un-announced and performed an “inspection” and then handed an employee a bill. We did not ask for his service and the employee told him as much. He then removed his tags and took off with our pre-existing tags. When we called to ask for our tags back he told us to shove it up our *ss. Police report is forthcoming for theft. He had the nerve to say he doesn’t schedule his service because he wouldn’t be able to stay in business.

I called this place and asked if they serviced fire extinguishers, and the man who answered was rather abrupt, saying, Yeah, thats what I do, as if I was stupid for asking. Then when I asked him how much it cost, he quoted me $35 to service a 5lb extinguisher. He told me that they just come to your house and exchange your extinguisher for one that has already been serviced. I told him, Wait, I just bought a brand new 5lb fire extinguisher for $35. Why would I want to pay that for a used one? He said, Well, youll still have to pay for them to be certified, but you go ahead and do that if thats what you want to do, and then he hung up on me. Rude. Another place nearby quoted $10 to service it, so I think Ill be going there.

An Alonzo salesman just walked into our business like he owned the place and assumed he would just swap 2 5lb. extinguishers without even discussing with us first. When we asked a few questions and said wed like to look into options, he very rudely walked out and said call someone else. I felt it was very unprofessional.
