Very disappointed went to get my western union money that I was receiving and the teller would not release my funds because I had a previous acct with them that I closed so upset that was my money!!! somebody needs to write her up!!! does not deserve any stars sad

Okay but quite honestly Ive been using my school id to cash out my checks for months now. But today they wouldn’t allow me to use my school id, even though the people working knew who I was and know that I usually always use my school id. It made no sense. If i’m suppose to only use a state ID, they should’ve clarified that from the moment I used my school ID. It’s so annoying to me.

Dont ever try to do anything at this place 1 hour before they close, because they will not help you and will tell you every time that their system is down. Worst place ever, cant relay on this place for nothing
