Sams club is good place to get bulk goods at a fair price. I was a bit disappointed they didnt have bird seed anymore but I completely understand there is only so much floor space and they must Cary stuff thats moving. We did pick up some cashews go it was a good trip

Today they were packed. My phone went dead when I was checking out on the app. Theyre phone kiosk let me charge it enough to make sure they hadnt taken a payment. They would have let me charge as much as I needed but I only needed the 5% because I had frozen food in my cart. Most of their staff and vendors are amazing.

Store was clean and well organized. Merchandise is easy to find. Self Check out is awesome too, thanks!

They have real customers service and it is really good. You can find many things over here. I got my TV from here. They have good deal with clothes as well.I recommend you to be by this place. Good for large bulk items, decent prices, clean inside, and friendly staff here, however they are rearranging, so its some what of a challenge to find some items.

At check out it looked like the self check out was closed because the baskets where in the way of all the self check outs, long line and 2 register open and the worker was just staring at everyone and did not say that they where open she was just laughing. Had to ask and she said yes but hesitated with answering This place is a joke ! We had issues with the card reader and no one showed up I HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT! There machines suck and customer service...😒

I love Sams the employees are excellent. I signed up for a Sams club MasterCard 5% cash back every time you shop there and I think 1% cash back on gas anywhere you want to go so its a pretty good deal

Sams needs more control of the front end registers. Im confused, do I wait in line or walk out of the aisle to a register and cut in front of everyone. The woman checking receipts at the exit was rude. Im trying to exit the store, one of the employees is entering through the exit with a cart. Im waiting for that person to come in. The woman checking the receipts is pointing and telling me go go. I guess Im suppose to run over the person because the employee at the exit is in a bad mood. My visit was normal until I was leaving. Im not sure if I want to renew my membership after todays visit. I think its time to look into a Cosco membership.

I joined the Club of Clubs today for free. I paid my 45 dollars for a year long membership and when I went in to go shopping they handed me a 45 dollar gift card. Not too shabby. If youve never been inside a Sams Club and you get a chance to you should check it out. Its unapologetic capitalism streamlined and pumped full of steroids. Sorry Mom and Pop. Time to close up shop and succumb to the will of the Beast.

Great for a older person to get all the things to last for a couple of months. Cashiers were very nice and respectable to us and helped in every way.

So, I went to fix a flat tire. The guys at the tire center were helpful, and corteous. They suggested a new set of tires. Being over a thousand dollars I thought I´d try to finance it through the card Sam´s offers. I went to the Member Service desk and waited over 10 minutes to finally have someone come and not help much. Sam´s Conroe, y´all need to hire enough personnel to cover sensible areas of your operation. Losing customers over lack of customer service is not good policy.

They have rearranged the store since the last time I visited the store. However, I found everything I needed without difficulty. The store was very clean and had social distancing and other protocols in place. I was checked out quickly and the employees were friendly and efficient.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR CELLULAR SERVICE HERE!!! They will outright LIE to you and tell you to go to the carriers corporate location to fix your issues. Do not believe anything the cellular sales reps here tell you. Your bill will be JACKED UP! They lied about pricing and promotions, they added one rate plan per line instead of a group for the account. Phone bill was almost $3000. Took 4 months for the actual carrier to be able to fix the mistakes of the INCOMPETENT LIARS. Forget all the gift cards they’ll give you, it’s not worth the hassle or headache. The cellular department here is terrible, I don’t understand how carriers haven’t pulled their contact to sell their services. The girl that says she is an area manager is a liar, she’s just a sales rep. Don’t believe anything the cellular department here says.

First time signing up as a member. Took advantage of an online promo where you get a $45 gift card back with purchase of a year membership which cost $45. Sweet deal.The first thing I personally didnt like, which may not be a big deal to some, is that, they do not open until 9am for regular members. 10am on Sunday! Which happens to be the day I typically get my shopping done and I like to start early before the crowd. Here, as soon as the doors open there is a line waiting to get in. Other stores hours may vary. Not sure.Now as far as items and pricing/quantity, as far as food goes they do have many brand name big box snack packs and beverages that you get some bang for your buck. Also some frozen items that if you have the room to store it are good deals too. Same with canned food, large individual cans or large packs of regular sized canned goods at a decent median price. If you like canned goods in bulk. You will not have variety on brands! It is mostly big name food or their in house members mark which does not have everything. Milk was a dollar more than walmart or Kroger. Bread comes in a two pack and is 5 dollars, again walmart and Kroger have wheat bread for 88 cents to 1 dollar a loaf. Meat varied in quantity/price some things were a steal some were over priced in comparison to walmart kroger or heb. This just isnt worth it for me personally.Hopefully this info helps someone in deciding whether its worth signing up. Over all I dont really see very much savings but thats for each their own to decide. 3 stars because Im neutral. It

I shop at Sams in Conroe, my wife and I shopped Friday and my wife has a degree of dementia and was up front of the store when she became tired and weak. I think it was the manager who located me and directed me to my wife. Another employee named Teresa stayed with her while the manager checked me out. Teresa helped my wife to the car and stay with her while I loaded the groceries in the car. I wish to thank Teresa and the manager whom I wished I had gotten her name, it was very much appreciated.

Very bad service in the tire department. It might be me but the new employees today only sit behind the desk and read from a computer. They have no clue on how to sell a tire and customer service that go with it. I went in for a 235/70R17. The guy looked in the computer and said he had nothing. I done the math and walked around and found a 255/65R17. WOW!! After doing his job I ask can he put them on. With one car in the shop and no customers waiting, he said I had to make an appointment. I live 1.5 hours away. REALLY!!! As I was leaving he was still behind the desk. Wheres the good customer service these days? Where is qualifying the customers and offering them options? 235/70R17 = 29.9355/65R17 = 30.0Shame on Sams for not training their employees.

Im a Costco fan that happened to be given a Sams Club gift card. The folks at Sams need to visit Costco to see how things are done. Sams employees are lethargic at best. No one seems happy.

I’m an Instacart shopper and this was my first time shopping at sams, thought it was going well . The bagger placed my customers tacos on uneven surface and as soon as I walked out the store the tacos fell everywhere, I asked for a replacement since there employees misplaced the tacos putting them in a bad spot . The manager refused to replace the item and I had to purchase the tacos for the customer out of my pocket . Including gas I’m in the negative 20$ . There rich and refuse to help the little guy . Never going back !!!

The store is not bad friendly staff and security . The food court if you want to call it that is out of well just about every thing. The isles are set up fairly well. I do like the selections offered. They are wid and varied with usually more then one choice of product. I think I like Sams better then Costco

This store is a circus. Waited in the hot sun with my not quite 2 year old to get in and then got stuck in a line that wrapped around to the pharmacy to get out. Its a joke! If you see something there and you try it and you like it youll never see it again. And honestly even for bulk deals the prices arent that different. Not worth the cost of membership.

So many good deals to be had at Sams their rotisserie chicken is delicious and such a good price! The lines were a little long with social distancing going on but they went fast. I just want to tell you how about a wonderful experience I had today. I am helping a friend make a bouquet last minute and needed flowers. I called the Conroe location and was greeted by Lilianna (not positive on spelling) and she went above and beyond for me. She left her station to go look at fresh flowers for me to see if they had what I was looking for and put them aside at the members desk after getting approval from her manager. Great customer service!! I shop here weekly and always have great service, keep up the great work guys and gals!!!

Associates are nice but not enough to help everyone in a timely manner. Too many walking around looking as if they are doing nothing. Sebastian was very helpful but noone was helping him.

Quick, easy and convenient. If you have the app just scan all your items. Then pay through your phone with approved payment. Then head over to the exit for a quick audit and youre done.

There are plenty of choices, inventory, and surplus. Enjoyed how the aisles are spacious enough for the large shopping carts to pass without hitting each other. Lines moved quickly, there are plenty of employees on the floor for immediate assistance.

As you enter the store they have a handwashing sink, sanitizer for your hands, wipes for the basket and an associate to check temps and offer masks to the maskless. The store was clean as usual. They had the front end roped off in a way that made you walk through a few aisles of merchandise to get to the pharmacy and bakery. All the registers were open and moving quickly. I was disappointed to see that the cafe was temporarily closed because the pizza, salad and hotdogs are amazing!

Evan was so helpful! Amazing customer service, professional and attentive. An item we were looking for was out of stock but he was able to help us find something similar. This is the kind of service that makes my shopping experience so much better!

The tire center in Conroe needs better trained employees . The overall service was really slow and professionalism extremely poor.

I went with my daughter and we did some Christmas shopping, we found most of what we were looking for, childrens PJs, childrens day wear, and mens foot wear.

The store has been re-arranged and it is as if it were a brand new store. After 20 years of shopping there, I now enjoy it again! I applaud their efforts.

Today, the aisles are organized, clear, and shoppers stays at least 6 feet apart due to CoViD. Employees clean the carts and the registers every time customer finished paying.
