The 1st representative said her name was Sarah And give me the wrong information She then transferred me to someone elses said their name was Sarah Who was very rude and hung up on me and did not give me the right information

Terrible customer service. I was attempting to get information on a piece of medical equipment and was hung up on more than one for questioning the piece of the glucometer I was needing. Which was $300 (outrageous).When I called back to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold 4 times for more than 15 mins each time. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

Initial ordering was helpful. Wasn’t delivered as promised. Concentrator was dropped at front door & not set up, no training or additional help. Sister admitted to hospital the next day, never used. Called to have the concentrator picked up, was promised it would be picked up that day. Didn’t happen. There was some confusion since we had 2 concentrators in the Home. Sisters insurance sent another one out after a close to 2 week hospital stay. My 82 year old mother received 6 phone calls yelling at her about pick up & 3 threatening voice mails. Again advised it would be picked up yesterday. No one came & no phone calls. Called last night & first person who answered with Rice Medical Supply. I asked if Conroe Medical Supply had merged with them or had been purchased, but was told no. She looked in the system, but said we weren’t there. Asked me to hang up & call the same # back for someone else to answer? Did so and on the 3rd time someone answered. When I told them what I needed, she proceeded to get an attitude & accused my mother of slamming the door in the face of the driver & said she called but no one answered. I was with my mother from 9-6:30 & no one called. When I asked if her name was Amber, she hesitated & said yes. I proceeded to yell back at her & told her if she talked to my mother that way again, I would call the authorities on her & charge her with elderly abuse. She hung up on me. What has happened to customer service? When I called Monday I asked for a supervisor & have yet to receive a call 5 days later. Need a negative button. Now, waiting to see if they pick it up today.
