I worked with them. they worked with me in order to fit the appointment in to my schedule. they took a photo of the ductwork before they went to work and after. Called this morning at about 8:45 to make an appointment to have our dryer vent cleaned. The woman answering the phone gave us an appointment window between 3:00-5:00 for the same day. We received a call from the same woman at about 1:30 asking why we cancelled the appointment. We informed her that we had not cancelled the appointment and she confirmed that they would be out between 3:00 and 5:00. Should have known they weren’t going to show. When I called at 5:00 to ask where the worker was I was told my appointment was cancelled. I asked to speak with the woman I had spoken with earlier and I was told I had called a different branch even though I called the same number I had called in the morning. Their website only lists one phone number. Would not recommend this company to perform any work at your house.Just called again at 5:50 and was told that the person I spoke to at 4:45 that told me the manager would call me back within an hour shouldn’t have told me that. Been given the run-around and told a bunch of stories. Don’t use them.

We were amazed at how clean the carpets were after he did the restore on them. The carpets look and smell phenomenal now! If you are moving out or just need a refresher for your carpets give them a call!

So worth every penny I spent if it was going to save me a dangerous fire from erupting out of the blue. I called on very short notice and they had someone sent out to me in the next morning who was fully prepped with all of the right tools and skill to help me with my on-going issues. These guys were running a little bit late. The dispatcher called me twice to let me know and they showed up within the allotted rescheduled time. They came in and completed the job. All is good! my dryer dries clothes again and my vent is clean.

Had an appointment with a window from 1-3 PM. At 3:45 my husband called and was told the technician was on his way. At 4:15 I called and was told no one was available. I reminded the man that my husband was told that someone was on the way. He said maybe he could find someone. I told him not to bother.

Like the many other poor reviews, I had appointment set for a window of time and they were a no show and didnt call either. Call your local appliance repair company and ask for a recommendation because this group is not it.
