We have been going to Perez Tax Service for years! Every time we go, we receive positive customer service. The staff is very nice and know what they are doing. I totally recommend you going here!

My grandmother is the hardest strongest woman I will ever know and if I find out any of you clients are going in to her establishment to be mean or hurtfull I will find out were you live and show up at your door and you will have to answer to me

Ive been going to Perez Tax Service since they opened and have never had any problems. Unfortunately for normal people like myself, what you have to be weary of when you go there is the clients. Mrs. Perez has run a very organized and reputable company and most of these people who get upset at their methods are like the one who left the previous review. Once they are asked for documents to prove anything being claimed on their taxes, they get mad. Ive been there several times and cant believe how some of these people start arguing with the staff. If you are someone like me who likes things done the correct way, then you will like coming to this office. Ive never had any problems with IRS or the owners of Perez Tax Service but feel bad that they put up with the nastiness of these people. If you dont like it, just leave or go somewhere else, but to sit there and verbally disgrace some senior citizens because you had to bring in documents, well, you need help.......

Terrible place. Ever since Karen passed away things seem to have gone down the drain. Theyre so unprofessional and instead of addressing their problems they justify them by saying its a family business. Apparently being a family business, means you can treat customers like crap? All you hear is drama in the background while youre waiting to be attended in the lobby (hour long wait until I left) and I thought i was overreacting but apparently the other customers had a lot to say and left unhappy as well. Customers that have been doing their taxes there for years, including myself. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone the way I used to.

I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone the customer service needs a lot of work. The employees are rude and unprofessional I’ve had my papers returned to me by the IRS, because of their mistakes. When I came into the office to fix the problem they were not helpful at all and told me to figure it out myself. This is money down the drain I had to go elsewhere and pay again, don’t waste your money here!

Terrible service would have put more friendly staff there is a lady who has no tact to meet people. I do not recommend it .
