We met with Steve and his knowledge sold us on using them. As it is tax season I asked if we should wait for him to get more info before ditching our old CPA and Steve in person assured us he would take care of it. Now four days before taxes are due he says he doesn’t have time to file an extension even. He might be good at what he does, but this is very unprofessional. He has left us in a very difficult situation.

If it was not for steven we would stil be flying under the IRS radar (maybe) and not progressing as a fully established business with all the benefits.
