Even though she is local, I really like how she has secure methods for exchanging tax documents online so I never need to go to her office. I have used other CPAs before using Aurelia and I can honestly say that she is the first CPA to ever take the time for public relations and clarifying the logistics of preparing an income tax return, in terms that are understandable to the lay person. If you haven’t signed up for her periodic email newsletter, definitely do, as many of your questions and concerns will be answered. But if they aren’t, she is more than willing to set-up an appointment with you and address your specific needs, either complimentary or as included in her service. She and her staff are efficient and timely. I love how she has made it easy for the customer to have the option to electronically communicate data back and forth and to the IRS, vs awkward paper trails. However, if paper trails are your thing, I know she will accommodate. Her fees are also reasonable, compared to other high-priced CPAs that give half the service. Aurelia and her team are definitely top-notch.
