Mr. Bhakta helped set up a personal mail box for me and he was very kind and explained everything. I even got a key fob to enter the store when it is closed to access my mail, great service! When I had a package to send to my grandson for his birthday, he carefully wrapped it in a way that protected the gift and made it fun for my grandson to open it. Everyone at this location is very nice and knowledgeable. And they have some great greeting cards too! I definitely recommend this UPS store to everyone in Conroe.

What a pain ! Tried to return Amazon Items. Ups is suposed to rebox at no chatge. They wanted to charge me $2 per return ldbel, .50 cents per item to rebox, etc. You are supposed to be able to just dropp off YOUR rejected Amazon itemsand UPS sends them back at no charge. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!
