I paid for expedited mail to have it by a deadline and the package is late and no one can help me. The customer service number can’t connect you to a representative and hangs up on you, and the store has no information unless it’s regarding drop off issues. So my package is not on time and there’s nothing I can do and no one I can call. I don’t have it on time. Can’t get it. No help. PAID for the guarantee. But no guarantee.

These drivers are so incompetent. I have to call every time I have a delivery to have the driver come back. The standards for employment must be extremely low. There are notes all over my address and they tell me every time that my address is updated, yet I have yet to have an efficient delivery. I can not express the sheer ignorance of these people. They do not have to decipher sandscript, simply understand the basic sequential order of address numbers which proves time and again that this test in logic illudes them. I can appreciate a company that will employee special needs people, but do not let them be delivery drivers.Amazon and FedEx are able to deliver with no issues, so any excuse given at this point is null and void.

Had a package that had to be signed for by me yet he left package at leasing office then signed the leasing receptionist name himself to my package. I waited in all day too for the package to sign. Does he not realize he made the receptionist responsible for these packages. On a side note, he did this with ALL packages he left that day. Totally irresponsible behavior.....Hate using ups but was shippers choice.

UPS has decided that they will only try to deliver packages once and return to sender if you are not available, and if you want to change the delivery method for example to hold it at the closest warehouse or deliver it to a nearby store now you have to pay a subscription? Why would I pay a subscription to make your job easier? I wont use them again until that is fixed.

I live next to this place. The drivers blast through at all hours of night....playing music super loud and blasting air horns. Terrible ... Negative stars. UPS should know that their employees are a menace to their neighborhood nearby.

Our pkg had incorrect address placed on it (vehicle License plates and registration Sticker) to a vacant house that has not been lived in for over several months. The driver, driver released it to front door and the house is empty with tons of windows and big front glass doors to see inside that it is completely empty! Drivers are placed in same delivery area daily. How he could not notice empty and no cars for 2 months driving by it daily. That is one of the things they are supposed to be trained to look for... Does house look occupied. They do not care anymore... just drop and go. Now someone has been possible using the stolen plates and sticker on different vehicle. Calling and cancelling both now.

Ive had very good experiences with this UPS Customer Cnter. They do their job and to do it well.But what chaps me is that UPS has not put another Customer Center north of beltway 8 other than this one. That is patently absurd, give him the population of The Woodlands and Conroe and points South and North.That is not very good customer service.

Convenient and the staff are polite and helpful. I managed to retrieve my package with practically no effort at all.I have used this facility on and off for more than 20 years. It has always been easy and convenient to pick up packages at this facility when I have missed the delivery at home. Excellent service! However the hours are very short, so be sure you arrive there on time to pick up your package.

Have a firearm thats been sitting at there facility for a few days. I paid for overnight delivery still hasnt been delivered even 1 week after it was supposed to be delivered. Called to start an investigation. Still no answer. As of right now firearm has not been delivered and no word if they even found my package. I would suggest delivering all long guns in person if possible. I told myself I should just take it myself since Conroe is less than 3 hours away. Shouldve followed my gut. I will never use UPS for anything after this situation. Getting prepared to call the ATF and report the lost firearm to them, maybe that will make them move a little faster.

Ive been waiting on my package to get delivered to my home,but apparently its too difficult to find, though I had TWO UPS drivers successfully find my home. One didnt have the package on his truck and the other time they wanted a signature. And with their crazy hours and not open on the weekend.... I dont think my package will EVER get delivered. For now on i will be using Fed Ex or USPS because I received my packages way better than using UPS.

Ive been coming here for years to pick up packages needing to be delivered to customers that ups drivers either couldnt find or couldnt enter certain gated areas or couldnt fit into their route or schedule. The only guy Ive ever been helped by in the customer center has always been great! They are pretty understaffed in the customer center, so be ready to be patient when the doors open!

So unprofessional. The driver hangs around sitting on the desk of one of the leasing agents, Patrica, at The Falls at Borough Park apartments daily wasting his time and your hard earned money flirting with the leasing agent instead of delivering packages within the apartment complex. You can pay $25+ dollars to have them next day air deliver your birth certificate to your door, only to find the ups driver gave your sensitive document to a leasing agent that had no authority to handle, just so he can visit with her. Absolutely the worst service you can get

At the request of the sender UPS delivered my package to the Montgomery, TX post office. The post office says they delivered the package to my mailbox. It is not there. I tried calling the post office about it, but they said UPS should have given me another tracking number so they can track the package. There was no tracking number other than the UPS tracking number. The post office will not help me if I dont have a tracking number. UPS automated system tells me to contact the post office. I asked for an agent at UPS but the automated system hung up on me. No where in the recorded message does it give a customer the opportunity to talk to an agent. Very frustrating.

I am very dissappointed with the UPS person that made delivery to me today. I have posted signs clearly where to leave deliveries, now I don’t know if the UPS person who made the delivery just can’t read English, or just doesn’t care. I’m elderly and in a wheel chair (hint....hint might be in the wheelchair ramp this UPS person had to ascend to get to my back door). Three more steps to the inside kitchen door wouldn’t have been that much more trouble to put my package so I could reach it. I guess I should be grateful it wasn’t much needed medication. Just take this home with you UPS driver, one day you will be old and in need of a helping hand. KARMA WILL APPEAR OUT OF NOWHERE!

I only posted 1 star because I had to put something. The delivery driver threw our package to the door, guessing cause he was in a hurry, the package was damaged and partially opened, when I called customer service I was trying to ask the guy a question and he sent me to a automated system that asked about my experience with them. I will do everything from here on out to avoid using the UPS delivery service.

Why does your drivers deliver packages to wrong address and just leave the packages at the wrong address? This has happened many times. This UPS center is extremely incompetent. The driver marks the order as Left at Door then tells his supervisor he delivered a small bag to a man. It is two 54 boxes and why the conflicting stories?

I am constantly having packages miss delivered. In the last 2 years they have left 8 packages on the door steps of other peoples houses. Im retired and recieve delivery notifications, so when Im notified via text I always make a point of being home. The notifications always state delivered, left at front??? Yes, but whos front door? Then call and try to straighten it out, theres a challenge in itself! Sometimes they are horribly rude. Im sick and tired of the irresponsible, careless handling of my packages, the headaches, and rudeness. My house is not difficult to find! UPS doesnt cooperate when you want to file a complaint with the company either, employees dodge the subject and redirect you. Im done with it!!!

Well this UPS Customer Center is only open M-F 2:30-6pm and then it closes for an Hour and when it reopens at 7pm you can only make pickups .. and They are closed Saturday and Sunday ... With all the crazy people in the Houston Conroe area stealing packages I like to have them held at the Customer Center... I didnt realize their Hours were so short .. Their hours are listed incorrectly on several website.. The customer service was good at the location .. I cannot fault it.. The hours are just too wacky... From now on I will pick up at Sweetwater in Houston .. or get it sent FedEx home and have them hold it at one of the FedEx Company run office locations .. in the woodlands they are open till 11 pm and on Saturday

While 8 months pregnant and I actually went to hospital right after left here and had my baby. They refused to let me use restroom. They said they had no public restrooms. A customer care center and no restrooms. I try not to use ups they our worst with deliveries but unfortunately still have to use them not by choice. This incident just makes me so dissatisfied with this company more.

I have personally never used this location so my experience comes only from the UPS deliveries to my home. I have received every package by UPS in timely manner and have received an email notice right away my package was left to my front door.I believe that a lot of the complaints come from the so called UPS SurePost service that many merchants use. It means UPS is doing the long distance transfer but then locally the packages, usually smaller ones are transferred to USPS for further delivery with regular postal delivery. That usually takes 2-3 days longer but to my understanding is cheaper since USPS anyway will do the complete rounds.Where the problem arises is the USPS delivery person at least in the Summer Set Estates subdivision either does not care or is dyslexic. I have received multiple packages and mails that are not directed to me and end up delivering them to the rightful receiver. I have also been brought packages by neighbors that had received my packages.This issue has been going on for far over a year and the Nextdoor app for this area has continues customers trying to trace their lost packages.In addition there are reports that the USPS delivery person is very rude.We also have often received notices that the package was delivered to the multi mailbox box locker but going there no key was available but the key appeared a couple of days later.This situation is so out of hands that I have started collecting data about all he complaints of lost packages and in time will contact the post master.At this point I am using my sons address who lives fairly near by and never has a problem with USPS, to send my medications, important mails and any valuables that are in so small packages the sender will use UPS SurePost service.I have no complaints about UPS service and instruct the ones who complain in here to check if the package was completely delivered by UPS or UPS SurePost.I am considering to request UPS to retain any UPS SurePost deliveries to be retained in the UPS facility where picking it myself I will get it at least a day earlier and do not need to try to trace it around the neighborhood.My thanks to the UPS driver who delivers to Summer Set Estates. It must not be an easy task to drag heavy packages in Texas heat and frequent rains. Thank you!

I shipped a package On August 3rd and as of August 16th it has not been delivered. I have tracked this delivery and UPS had the wrong address so it was delayed. After giving them corrected address it still has not been delivered. I have been calling UPS customer service for help and to find out where the package is and only getting a run around and that the package is out for delivery. recipient has been waiting for delivery of the package everyday. I am thinking they lost the package. As a company who has been using UPS for many years I am now thinking of canceling my account and using a different shipper. Now waiting for my UPS rep to call and have been waiting and waiting.

Drivers will mark your package as “customer moved” so they can get off early for the day. Customer service makes you give turn by turn directions for no reason, only to tell you the package still can’t be delivered until the next day (even though it’s only 3:30 PM). What a joke! I wish Amazon would change their carrier services so I wouldn’t have to deal with this nonsense. I have Prime for a reason.
