Used their services for some time for our ink needs. Extremely pushy sells people and rude. Claimed I set up an auto shipment every two weeks but I never agreed to that. Claimed they sent us toner every two weeks for a few months (which we never received) and has turned it over to a collections agency for product I never received or agreed to buy. Terrible company.

Seller fraudulently list item as shipped, yet item continues to be on back order. This is unacceptable.

I only gave the star because I had too! Salesman Steve is very unprofessional. Maybe stop being so pushy and realize people can find products the same price you offer or cheaper without being harassed.

Company is extremely pushy. Multiple calls a day until you finally agree to listen through their pitch, basically begging you to try their ink in hopes of continued business. Next thing you know they are asking you what kind of candy they can send you for trying it. No talk of prices or anything just please give my ink a try and heres some candy on the way. Pretty good deal right? Free ink and candy? Wrong! They will now be coming at you saying you placed an order for the ink and owe them for it. Beware of this company and their sales practices.

Sent our business free ink to sample. They sent 4 cartridges, apparently only 1 was free. We tried to send the cartridges back and they never provided a return address. Now theyve sent the charge to collections. Scammers.

If I can give this place zero stars I will.. They are extremely pushy.. I have told the rep that calls my business at least once or twice a week.. That I am not going to be using them no matter what so called deals or treats he puts in the package.. They cant take no for an answer..
