I’ve used Bug Stoppers for the last seven years. They do a great job. The person who comes to my house is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I love the fact that when I call, I get a real person after about two rings. They are very easy to work with and Very effective.

They are absolutely amazing. If you have a issue they take care of it. The owner and staff are amazing as well. I highly recommend! I have recommended several people to them already and they used them and were happy as well.

Bugstoppers is always on time and cognizant about doing a great job. I’ve been using them for about 3 to 5 years and they have helped me with a variety of issues from moths to fleas and ticks. As a dog owner of several dogs this was very important. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control.

We have been using Bugstoppers Pest Control for nearly 10 years. They do a great job with exceptional customer service. I trust Larry to take care of our pest control needs as he recognizes we have small children in our house. Conscientious and kind! I recommend Bugstoppers to all my neighbors.

The guy who came and gave the free estimate was great. They filled a couple of holes where mice were possibly getting in our attic and put out a few traps. They came out twice to check and reset the traps for $630. When the 12 months came they called for what we thought was to check and make sure all was still good for the 1 yr warranty which they never came back to check, and they never got rid of them in the first place - (with only checking 2 times its no wonder we still had a problem). Then at 14 months when we called to say we still had the problem they told us we had to pay over $200 to come out and check if there was still mice. This was a big waste of money to put out just a few traps. My advice, save the money and set the traps yourself.

They have been taking care of our home for the last 10 year, never have a problem, come on time. I really truest the company and recommend them.

Im not even remotely surprised to see the reviews left on this business page. This man lives in The Woodlands on Blueberry Lane. If he does business like he drives, I would say youre probably better off calling ANYONE else.

Horrible customer service. I tried calling them and was hung up on twice.

Made a booking for removal of wasps nest. Was told would be there between 4pm-6pm. Called again to confirm when they would be arriving. Told job not even in the system. Not a good first time experience at all!
