Lance was so quick to communicate by call or text. Responds within minutes. We live in The Woodlands so we have to go through the Township to use the pavilion that we wanted. They are very picky and everyone at Texas Bounce World made all the accommodations that we needed. Quick delivery and set up. Quick pick up. No complaints! Highly recommend!

We had the BEST experience with Texas Bounce World for my sons birthday party. They went above and beyond to make sure every thing was perfect. Communication was prompt, set up and take down was quick and professional and they truly cared about making sure we were happy with our rental. And on top of it, they have the coolest selection around!

They also gave my grandson some money for his birthday, they sure didn’t have to do that (!!), and my grandson was very appreciative (as we were). Overall, a great experience.

From the beginning when I called for information until they came and got the equipment, they were extremely helpful and kind. They set up exactly the way I wanted it. I texted them to pick up the equipment early and they came in a timely manner. It was a great experience working with them and I will definitely use them again and refer them to my family members. Absolutely amazing experience! Customer service was above and beyond. Easy to book and they came and did all the setup and the take down. We rented an obstacle course/water slide combo and it was super clean, well maintained, and so much fun. They are well priced and have such a wide variety to choose from. We will definitely use them again for rentals.

Amazing family and professional service and experience

This company is great! I wanted to help with my grandson’s birthday party, he loves dinosaurs, and this company had a T-Rex!!! He was so surprised. The young men who came to set up the T- Rex were very informative and courteous. I will definitely use this company again, and I have shared them with several of my friends.

What a great company run by great people. Their bounce houses are always clean, the people are always very nice, respectful and courteous. And did I mention their bounce houses are clean!!! They clean them all the time, inside and out! Not to mention they have all you could need for a part, sno cone machines, cotton candy machines etc!
