Great customer service. I always feel taking care of when I visit this location. We you need to have a notary sign your docs Martha can do that at not charge if you have an account with them. The drive through cashiers are always pleasant. Dont have anything bad to say

How do you close a bank location when theres no other call one locations close... This has been the worst bank Ive dealt with. Going back to local small banks

Employees make careless mistakes, deny they did and then dont even apologize.

I had my bank account hacked. I went in to this branch being that it was the closest to me. They were not able to resolve the matter at the speed that I wanted, but they were very professional, kind and compassionate. They did look into my account and were very transparent on the process that would have to take place for my account to get restored. very truthful, whether its good news or bad news, these guys are the real deal! Its rare for an upset client to leave a 5 star review, but man you guys were awesome!

BEWARE! Do not open a 360 savings account, because they do not honor the interest rates advertised online. If you want the advertised rate you have to open a 360 Performance savings account. This practice is unethical to change 1 word and rip customers off by giving less than half the advertised interest rate.

Its sad when somebody works really hard for their money and the bank wants to charge you to cash a check that is theirs. Every penny counts nowadays. So Capital One can just figure out something else will no longer be accepting checks from their facility. Obviously they dont care about the small people

It is impossible to reach a human by phone at Capital One all their phone numbers go to the same machine that will not let me talk with a person.

Its a bank what do you need.

They have no way for you to pay your bill unless you pay $9.95 to western Union cant pay with debit card and I worn people DONT give them your routing info they will clean out your account and now my credit will be ruined because I cant pay them without my debit card
