Junior did a fantastic job on my Gulf Stream RV and even tightened a few nuts and bolts that need attention. The stove he put in is top of the line at a great price and our furnace has never worked better. We were in need of a trailer while our house was being renovated after Harvey. I am so glad we found Ricks. They were fantastic to deal with; just good people, if you know what I mean. They delivered it to us (for a reasonable fee of course) and helped us newbies through the process of hooking things up, even Facetiming with me to show me where the water hose went. The trailer itself was very nice and exactly as described. We could not be more pleased and would call them again without hesitation.

They were even able to accommodate my request to deliver the RV and set it up for me. I dont know if that was a typical request, but it was well worth the extra charge! Recently had Rick do some repairs on my toy hauler. He performed the work for a fraction of what everyone else wanted, and with a turn around time of only one week. Every other rv place quoted me 4-6 weeks. Rick does top notch work for a fair price, and he’s one of the most honest guys in the business. I highly recommend him for both repairs and rentals!

The process of renting the camper was great he was flexible with us the camper came super clean, we also rented an generator and when we had a question and called to ask he answered immediately. Just got back home from a 10 day road trip from Texas to Estes Park, CO. we rented the 30 ft Kingsport pull behind. It was very clean and nice. The bed was super comfortable and the bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The TV was new and clean. Rick and his employees are super nice, and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be using them again!

I recently rented an RV from Ricks RV Rentals. I wanted/needed to rent an RV to take a trip out of state with some friends. Rick was very prompt and great at responding to all my emails. It was for a 3 day rental and included 100 miles free per day and 8 hours free on the generator. He was very professional and had the best deal in the entire city of Houston and surrounding areas. The RV was a newer model, large, clean and he walked me through step by step on how to operate all the features. The final price was EXACTLY what he had quoted and he was very flexible on the pick up and return times.Now, I am looking forward to my next out of town/state trip and would consider making it another RV adventure.If I ever need to rent an RV again, I would look no further than Ricks RV Rentals!

Ricks RV Rental and Ricks Water Damage Restoration far surpassed my expectations. I took them a travel trailer that needed several repairs, weatherproofing, and restoring some major water damage to the front portion and bedroom. This trailer was going to be a Christmas gift for a family, so I needed a quick turn around. Rick and his staff were very nice and understanding. They made it a top priority and completed the lengthy list of repairs within just a weeks time. The trailer worked and looked like new when I picked it up. They were very honest and fair priced. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I wasn’t satisfied at all. We paid 600 dollars for an rv camper to be comfortable and be able to take showers. Had a blow out on the camper that took out the water lines and I called Rick and he tell me to fix the flat and he will send someone out to fix the problem as soon as he can find someone. Try to fix the tire and the lug wrench broke. So we set on the side of the freeway for 2 and half hours. Finally someone shows up to fix the water to tell us he cant fix . The guy then followed us to the beach to fix it and when he’s done he tells us it’s fixed. On the next day I went and refill the tank which cost me $20 and again still no water it all drained out. I called rick at 8 am Rick comes out on that evening after 4 to fix the trailer and brings 12 gallons of water. That didn’t supply enough water for three people to shower nor using the toilet. The a/c drain inside of the rv the entire time and he told us we need to cut the AC off so that it wouldn’t freeze up. Also the license plates were expired. My birthday was horrible had to cancel my 4 day event due to no water. No credit offered and I return the rv camper early. And he had the nerve to ask for review!

I am responding to a review posted by Deelisha Carter 4 weeks ago. The review was untrue as I was personally there and on call with RICK that weekend. First let me say that the Rental Agreement that she signed and agreed to states that the renter, Dee, is responsible for all damages occurred during the rental. With that said, Rick and his staff including myself dropped everything we had going on and attended to her with out ANY COSTS, the only charges she had were the rental (which she agreed and signed contract), HE DID NOT INVOICE ANY OTHER CHARGES ON THE RV for her convenience because that’s Rick’s way he does business. He takes care of each individual as if it were his family. To conclude, I was personally there to witness and work on my Sat day off, Rick not only helping but satisfied the customer who wrote the one star review, Deelisha Carter. The review was uncalled for as she only got upset when they returned and demanded her rental fee credited in full (so she wanted a free rental). It upsets me because I was there and they were happy happy, event never canceled and very thankful. Rick in my opinion should have charged her for the tire and our time and all labor.

We are beginners when it comes to RVs and campers. Rick at Ricks RV Rentals made it easy and we had a blast.My truck has a custom bumper and is set up for a 5th wheel......The plug is in the bed of the truck. When the cable from the camper did not reach, Rick followed me to the truck center and bought all the parts I needed for the lights and brake to work.Great service and I will certainly rent from him again!

I rented a unit from Ricky Smith he and his staff was very helpful my lights was not working proper so Ricky provided me with the trailer lights hook up he also allowed me to pickup the camper a day early and return it a day late. We had a home fire back in June and through our home insurance we rented a RV from Rick while our home was being rebuilt. This man went over and beyond working with us as we were battling with our insurance which delayed rebuilding our home. Rick is very caring and understanding. Any issue we had in the RV while living it for almost 2 months, he would personally come out and attend to it within hours and even during the heavy rains of Hurrican Harvey he was there. To us that spoke tons about Rick. His RVs are modern and very clean and if I could give Ricks RV a 10 star I definately would. Rick will take care of you. I highly recommend renting a RV from Rick. Thanks again Rick for being so kind and caring during our fire rebuild. It meant so much!
