Thank you to Kathleen and the young lady whom brought me to the back.Those two woman made the visit comfortable and like it was a safe place.Had a tough start checking in, lots of confusion and hic ups.Kathleen found out why. I was very satisfied with the king wood location but I picked up my file from the conroe location. Roshawn was at the front desk and I told her what I was there for. She went back and got my records and asked for my ID which obviously she didn’t verify bc she ended up giving me someone’s else confidential records! I mean that’s a BIG no no! I had to drive back which was a inconvenience and told her what happened. She didn’t say a word and gave me my records and then I just sat there staring at her, waiting for her to at least apologize and she just very nonchalantly said sorry and that was it. So she should definitely get in trouble and when she asked for an ID actually look at it!

My appointment was over an hour late. I arrived 20 minutes early, so I wouldn’t be late. No one offered any reason or apologized for the long delay. After years of giving them my business, I won’t be going back to Solis Mammography. The lady doing the mammogram acted as if she needed training. There are too many other places to get a mammogram done without this nonsense.

I had the best experience at Solis Mammography Conroe. I was treated kindly with very a knowledgeable staff. Dr. Parghi was respectful and had the best bed side manner. I felt safe in the midst of all the Covid 19 situation. It was clean and all of the safety precautions were being met. Thank you for taking care of me Solis!

My review is on HCA Houston Healthcare of Conroe, not Solis Mammography itself. My experience with Solis was wonderful, the billing dept. for HCA is a completely different story and not sure if there is enough room to go into detail. Let me start by saying that Mammogram/Bone Density is covered 100% with my insurance under Preventative/Well-Woman. Rcvd a bill in late November 2020 for bone density I called to get a itemized invoice/I rcvd this on 12/15, called and was advised the OB sent order with wrong code (which they did not). It was refaxed, called to confirm so HCA can refile claim with UHC. Rcvd same bill again on 1/16, called again, order resent again, was told it would take 2-3 wks to process. Rcvd bill again on 2/1, called again, order resent again, called UHC to confirm any re-files on claim & they confirmed no. Between UHC, OB and a person from Solis calling me on 2/3 by mistake b/c she rcvd the order and thought it was for a new appt and I explained what I was going through with HCA, the correct codes were confirmed while I was on phone with this person & HCA and again told it would take 2-3 wks to process. The order has been faxed & correct codes given to 5 different people in HCA billing dept since late November. 3/24 rcvd bill AGAIN, checked UHC and HCA HAS NEVER RE-FILED THE CLAIM with my insurance company for pymt. I am not sure what their issue is, but I will now be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and going to HCA in person now. Last resort will be contacting my lawyer. I would not even give this a 1 star but have to in order to submit the review!

My mom had an appointment here. They called her until the day prior almost at closing time to tell her they had cancelled her appointment due to her doctors office not sending in their referral. My mom then called her doctor and they told her it had been sent days ago. If they didnt have it why call until the last minute when there was nothing she could do to reschedule? My mom lost a day of work due to them not letting her know, they told her they would call to reschedule her appointment and they never did. Shes tried calling and they wont schedule her a new appointment. This is very poor communication in their part.

Most horrible experience ever. After having my appt scheduled 2 weeks for follow up Ultrasound due to lump in my breast. I take off work get to my scheduled appointment and am told they do not have my order after sitting for 50 min I am on phone with my Dr and the rudest most disrespectful young lady marches me down a back hallway as I am told to follow her she unlocks door and tells me because I am being to loud I have to sit in that room. I left after wasting an hour due to their error I was the one treated nasty!! Find somewhere else to go do not waste your time here!

Techs and personnel very friendly, polite and compassionate. Comfortable setting, does not come across as a lab, lockers, comfortable dressing area and waiting area. Most importantly, the new mammogram, seemed curved and was not painful, just a little uncomfortable. Tech made put me at ease and turned from a dreaded ordeal to a more comfortable procedure. Thank you!

I had a mammogram at the Conroe location on December 4th.. After 7 days, no calls, no emails, no results or explanation for delay. (The website indicates mammo results in 24-48 hrs on line.)I called after a week had past, and then again after 9 days.. different responses each time I spoke with rep at Solis company or Conroe location. Each time the rep promised that my mammogram would be read that day. I’m still waiting for results!This is very poor medical service!!Will not recommend or use again!
