Team M&M was exactly what I was looking for as a landlord. Easy communication, booking, receipts and even pictures if needed. The platform they use is the best I have seen for managing lawn service.

Did a good job cleaning up our backyard. Builders left branches and other debris. Also love the flowers planted in backyard. Very happy.

We had them come and do the back under brush clean up! They did a GREAT job! They were quick and really great at communicating with us! Definitely will recommend!

Responded after 2 texts. Initial mowing a bit expensive but going forward for weekly maintenance and future weed and feed service reasonable. Will re-review after more experience.Two months later I cant say enough good about this team. They do a fantastic job and are reasonable. I am so sorry that they have chosen not to service my lawn anymore because of my troublesome neighbor. You wont be disappointed using this company.

Sean is super profesional and shows up when he says he is. I needed to redo my flower bed because of the winter storm and also I didn’t like how the builders planted it. I had no idea what I wanted and it was like he read my mind! His suggestions, professionalism and just flat out amazing work they did was really appreciated! The turn around time was super quick too. We will be using Sean and his team from now on. Do yourself a favor and give him a call. Prices are very reasonable and he’s very reliable. I’m in love with my lawn and flower beds now.

Team M&M did a great job with mulching and planting several new plants/bushes in my flower beds to fill in gaps created during the winter freeze. The flower beds look great. I have also hired Team M&M for lawn care. They are very communicative and responsive.

We moved into our home about one month ago, our lawn was stressed out from the winter storm we had in the Conroe area and I was on the search for a lawn service I could trust and was reasonably priced. I happened across the M&M team from a neighborhood group chat I’m in and the response I got was very quick, I love that Sean came to my home to personally introduce himself and take a look at my lawn before quoting me for services. When he came that same week to begin work, they arrived on time and possibly ahead of the 8am appointment. He was able to tell me everything that was done to my lawn after the service was completed. My lawn needed the mulch turned, fertilizer, hedges trimmed and the regular mow and weed eating. I am so excited to continue working with this company. I learned a lot about the grass and weeds we have in our yard and I am excited to watch everything come back to life and be absolutely beautiful and healthy.

I did a web search looking for a sod installation company in the Conroe, Tx area. Part of our front lawn was damaged by feral hogs. Team M&M Lawn Care, LLC came to our home and prepped the damaged areas of our lawn. They returned the following day and installed sod. I was not home at the time.
