First time here. I needed to wash linens from a business. The washer I needed was huge. The attendants were very helpful. One was constantly cleaning in between loads of clothes he was tasked with washing. Very clean place. I have a washer and dryer at home and I actually dont live in the area, I commute for work. But if ever I need a commercial sized washer and dryer laundry place Id go there again on my lunch break. They also have snack machines, clean bathrooms, and a sitting area with tables.

Kerry was very helpful explaining how the machines work and he is as sweet as they come… the only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because of the claw machine in there… I was trying to get something for my grandson and tried it 2 times… both times the claw did not close all the way so it could not pick up anything… so it’s basically rigged so that people just lose their money and it’s sad because usually it’s kids trying to get the toys … so in essence they are taking money from kids and that’s not right.

Very clean, nice staff on duty, easy to use laundry equipment. Gain cleaning card with cash, credit or debit card to operate machines. TVs, radio, lots of cool air and ceiling fans!!! Ample seating, folding tables, carts, and vending machines available. Drop off services too.

This is a newer laundromat that has new machines and really good prices they offer $1 washes 3 days a week. The dryers are $0.69 theres no adding quarters until you feel like it has enough. This is the best laundromat in Conroe by far

The location was extremely neat and clean! It was definitely the cleanest laundromat I had ever been to. The fact that you can use your card in the machines makes the laundry process more convenient than I am used to.I had a minor hiccup, but I spoke to a manager by name of Carri who straightened everything out. She was lovely; extremely professional and a great listener. She made me feel like my opinion mattered.My family and I will definitely be repeat customers.

I have large comforters that wont fit in my machine at home. I called and asked if this laundromat had machines that could accommodate these. The attendant who answered was so kind and helpful. I found the machines to be clean and in good repair. Both of the ladies who work there were quick to offer assistance to me, and show me the ropes. As I was struggling to fold my big comforter, one of the attendants came and assisted me. I was very appreciative. I would not hesitate to come here again, and I highly recommend this washateria!

Seems nice, clean, and they gave me a $2 bonus when I took my express card from the sawdust/i-45 location to this one. A little more expensive than the last location on Sawdust and i- 45

The facility is very clean. The machines are higher in price then other places but they do allow you to choose your settings instead of just fry your clothes in boiling water and extra hot dryers like most places so that is a nice bonus. The machine sizes vary from extremely small to overly large but there isnt a ton of middle ground. Their mega and their triple are basically the same size.

I’m not usually one to rate places but I had to rate and share my experience! I hate doing laundry.. i live in an apartment complex with a laundry unit with 2 small washers and dryers. I came here to mainly wash 3 comforter sets and sheet and do my regular weeks load of laundry. I was able to get what would have been 12 loads into 5 here! Was in and out in about a hour and half! (Includes folding clothes) A little on the pricey side but totally worth it because of the small amount of wait time for both washers and dryers. Super clean and friendly staff! Will be here again in the future

I have been very pleased with this place until this am the girl working was rude when I ran the bell for service but I had been standing there for 3 or 4 minutes. She then refused to break my 50 when u always pay with higher bill so I can tip the attendant who washes my clothes. She didnt ask about hanging out folding and refused to give me her name

I have been to many laundromats/washaterias over the past 50 years or so but this was the BEST experience ever! Super clean, great guy to help and answer questions—even a 99 cent special Tuesday thru Thursday 7 am to 3 pm. I will be back and recommend it to all.

With it being my first time in this place, the staff were all very friendly and explained how the entire operation works and right now in my life thats exactly what i needed was friendliness.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean. Several machine sizes, all very fast. Full wash, dry, and fold in less than 90 minutes. Parking lot is a little sketchy, but Ive never had a problem.

YOU MAY LOSE MONEY.... Tried to wash rugs in the large $8.99 washer. The washer was not working but charged for the wash. When I realized the washer charged me, I went to PATRICIA to discuss the problem and she told me there was nothing she could do because I should have told her that the washer charged me ( I didnt know at the time that I was charged; I only knew the washer didnt work). I asked PATRICIA to simply put a sign up to let others know that the machine was not working so they too wouldnt be charged for using a broken washer without getting a refund. She said she didnt have the authority to do that but she would let her boss know. No sign was put up.

What an awesome place to wash your clothes! Im telling you the place is squeaky clean ran by the sweetest little lady that is so helpful and just has a beautiful soul! My grandbabies loved her and she was so watchful over them too! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience tonight!

Very Happy with this Laundromat. I travel out of my way to use this place. Love the convenience of not having to use quarters. Always clean & alwayslots of washers to choose from. I can get a lot of laundry done start to finish in about 75 minutes. Keep up the good work.

I love this laundry mat! I’m currently waiting on my washer and dryer to be delivered to my home and I needed to find somewhere to wash my clothes for the time being. When I walked in, an associate was cleaning and sanitizing the machines and welcomed me with a big smile! There are plenty of machines and the prices are affordable! The a/c was on and the environment seemed safe. I will be back again!

They have 99cent (small washers) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7am-3pm!!! 49cent small dryers for 10 mins or 69cents for the big dryers.Awesome deal if you don’t have much to wash or need to split colors washing.They even have a machine for washing rags specifically.they don’t have coin machines you have to convert ur money on to a card (they have a machine for you to do it) to do your washes which if you live in the local area is handy.The man working morning shift today was very kind, and made us feel welcomed.

Really well kept facility.... was highly impressed with how clean it is in here... washers worked great and the dryers got really hot ...all for a fair price .. I like the cards they used so there is no need to carry around an excess of quarters

Expensive but clean. I give it a 3 due to the small children who are constantly running around screaming loudly while their parents allow it and ignore it. Washing is $4-$9 depends on washer size. Drying is 50¢ for 10 minutes.

The place is very clean.Machines are like new.Service is amazing.When we went in today to wash clothes due to no water from the ice storms, there were no cards.Candee personally helped us get four machines up and going with her card and started a ticket.i was expecting to pay her afterwards, which is no big deal.After she started the washing machines, she told us that due to the circumstances, it was on the house!Candee was amazing and we cant thank her enough!

Our dryer broke and we needed to dry our pants that I had just washed, found this place and was hoping to get here before closing. Upon arrival a lady greeted us nicely and asked us about our day. The place was very clean!! Once I left the lady working and I said out goodbyes, she was so adorable and sweet. I will definitely go back!!

I would highly recommend this laundromat. My washer went down and I needed to wash a couple of loads of laundry, so did an online search for a laundromat. I found a couple of places but Express Laundry Center stood out from the rest primarily for its clean facility, convenience of an on site attendant, and TVs.I definitely need to make mention of the friendly staff. I called ahead of time to see how things worked (if I needed quarters for the machines, the cost to wash, etc.). The gentlemen who assisted me over the phone was very friendly and informative. When I arrived at the laundromat the attendant was cleaning and kept the facility very tidy. The gentleman (didt get his name) assisted us in getting set-up and situated with the machines and provided excellent customer service.Patricia Plasse also assisted us and is the reason I am writing this review. She was so sweet, helpful and did a wonderful job in keeping the facility clean while we were there too.Great laundromat we were able to get in and out quickly with no hassle or fuss. I definitely want to put a spotlight on Patricia and share what wonderful assistance she provided, thank you.

They have cheaper wash days on T, W, and Thursday. During these times you have to be on your toes because ladies will walk up and steal your washers regardless of how long you have been standing there.

In general I like that place. Usually machines are clean, but Jun 22 many machines were dirty and nobody cleaned them. I think cleanness depends who’s shift it is.

For my commercial laundry needs, Express Laundry, is fast, good, and efficient!. Pepper does a great job there !

This is a staffed laundromat and it is huge. We came on Sunday afternoon and it was clean cool and even busy there was plenty of workspace. We will b back.

This place has a lot of machines. I have never had to wait for a machine. And the staff have all usually been very nice and are always cleaning. Now with this virus going around, thats important to me.

The girl that works here (braided, brown hair) is extremly unhelpful and rude. She does not even know, how much the detergent cost.. I dont know, the machine is over there!

Recently my washing machine needed repair.I took my clothes to Express Laundry on Sawdust. Not being familiar with the machines, I asked for assistance. Erika was very helpful and explained the operation of the machines and the card usage. She was wonderful! I was at the woodlands store when she stopped in yesterday to pick up her check! I was so tickled to see her that I came to the new store this morning. I noticed the facility is still so tidy and in order. I will definitely be following ms Erika to this store even if my machines are in working order!

During these hard times in Texas right now with all the water loss going on in Montgomery county Texas these people waved all fees and are washing clothes for free. This is what neighbors are all about. And this is what America and Texas are known for. They help the community when in need thank y’all so much for the care y’all show for our community. This means a lot to everyone and the people in need.

Our dryer broke and was going to be a few days to get it repaired. We found this gem. Not only is it ooen on Saturday, it is so clean and nice. Not the laundry mats I remember using years ago. The lady thst works here was very helpful as well. I may use the laundry mat more often. Just saying....... 👍

Took advantage of their penny promotion, all washers are only a penny, so I took every blanket and pillow I could find at home. I absolutely loved the place and environment. Erika was super helpful with how the process works using the cards and showing me how to use all the buttons on the machines. Got everything washed and folded in under an hour and a half. We will definitely return.

I needed a place to do few loads of laundry while my washing machine was being worked on and I was referred to your location by a friend. I must have looked overwhelmed because Erika immediately asked if I knew what I was doing, which of course I did not. She took the time to explain how the card system and machines worked so the whole experience was amazing and fast. Drove 35 minutes from 1960 just to see Mrs. Icy and when I get here she tells me about the promotion and I am so excited. These Machines are really nice and of course the store is Spotless. Express laundry you have out done yourself with this new location. And Mrs. Icy your always a pleasure.

The washers are huge! I’ve never seen washers so big and they wash in just 25-30 minutes, so cool!! Usually we go to this place by HEB on the north loop and Frazier but it’s quarter coin acceptable and these machines operate off of a laundry card without a fee. Technology has upgraded in this laundry mat! The best part is it’s so clean! Will be backTks Ericka for listening to my excitement and helping out.

This was my first time at a laundry mat and I don’t think I’ll be needing a washer and dryer. Came in on a slow week night and was in and out in less than an hour. Elliot was staff member available and he made the entire expense painless. Great place and staff.

I came in a couple of days ago to wash towels for a commercial account of mine. The big 75lb load washers anywhere else are over priced and not this big. I am very impressed with the cleanliness of these machines they are very well taken care of and appear to be newThank you Erika for helping me through the laundry card process it’s so easy I’ll be back to do myself next time

I love this new place ... it’s so clean, AC is perfect, and totally love the fact that I DO NOT HAVE TO HOLD ON TO COINS ANYMORE... LOVE THE CARD IDEA ... And Elliot was so helpful I had no idea what I was doing but thanks to him I got the hang of it .. such a great employee ... definitely will be my weekly spot from now on !

Loved this place at first there penny promotion was amazing until it wasn’t, there machines are almost 6 dollars that don’t fit much spend 30 dollars to wash clothes at my usual place where I go I’ll usually spend 15 max to wash and dry for the same amount of clothes. Also the bathroom both times I’ve came are out of order both of them!

This is the cleanest and coolest laundry. The washers work and the dryers dry just great. They have tables, benches and nice bathrooms. Elliot is the best.

Do not come to this laundry mat! When they 1st opened service was good. Now employees are rude and don’t know what they are doing, the prices are too high, and they don’t offer refunds when the card machines aren’t working, however they have no other options for paying for washers/dryers. Save some money and go somewhere else!

Super clean! This is the best wash area I have ever been to. The woman at the front (Icy) was so helpful and kind! She helped me figure out their card system and checked on me through out my visit. This is my new washateria for sure!

This laundry center is by far one of the cleanest centers I have been to. I was greeted by Ms. Icy when I walked in. She was exstremly nice and professional. I will be visiting this location again. Prices are good and all machines are in great working condition.
