Always worked at big janitor companies they do not care about employees or clients windsor is family owned who cares about employees and clients if you need supplies they will bring to you in hurry akways has what you need to clean some companies I worked for dont do that they get contracts cheap but dont want to pay the help or cleaning supplies they tell you not in budget you cant clean without supplies at windsor you dont have that problem they are professional and well managed if you need cleaning go with windsor it will be done right and all employees get paid weekly that is a plus I highly recommend windsor for employees and for clients they are the best
