The office experience has always been great..Dr. Marshall is always very patient with my 94 year old Mom. He ensures that she feels comfortable and teachers her how to care for her hearing aids. Reesa is exceptional as well. They make a dynamic team.

I just love love love my hearing aids. I wear them at least 12 hours daily. Marshall is awesome and has so much patience and knowledge. He always takes the time to make sure you are completely satisfied. He is someone I trust completely and highly recommend New Sound. I just wish I had gotten my hearing aids long ago. I cant wait to get a pair of AI hearing aids next.

The technician did not want to give me a hearing test. I brought in an expensive pair of hearing aids ($6000). He wanted to charge $600 per hearing aid to reprogram for me or sell me new hearing aids. Any one can buy cheap hearing aids at Walmart for $500 for rechargeable or $600 for blue tooth. (Total price) I feel that New Sound is not in tough with current pricing and their customer service is not professional. By the way they only want cash/credit card. They never bill insurance. Buyer beware.

I have been attempting to obtain hearing aids since July 2017 to no avail. All testing has been done. When I call New South they always say, Were still waiting on your insurance company. Funny I call my insurance co. & they say all is fine! The insurance I have now will pay for until it runs out 08-31-2017 as My Medicare starts 09-01-2017 which will not pay for hearing aids. Is New Sound just waiting for this so I will have to pay the total w/o insurance? So frustrated!!!
