I got my first ever Brazilian wax with Shasta, and she was truly amazing! She made me feel very comfortable, and she walked me through the entire process. She was very professional and sweet! I doubt i’ll ever go to anyone else! The receptionist is also very nice, and he was very knowledgeable! He explained to me all the plans, along with recommending products to help with the aftercare! Overall, I had a WONDERFUL experience and highly recommend this location!

I love it here!! Started Brazilian waxing almost a year ago & would never go back. The girls here make you feel comfortable, walk you trough the process and the prices are within fair range. They also have deal packages you can pick from depending on the services you plan on booking for, which I totally recommend btw! My wax specialist, Jazmine is hands down very great at what she does. Overall everyone here is super friendly and services are such as great as the whole establishment.

First time visiting this location Jazmin did my wax and she was amazing so sweet and kind felt very comfortable with her. She was quick but precise at the same time and very informative. The front staff was also friendly as well. Everything was clean and very professional looking. I will definitely be coming back!

Never going back to this place. You make your appointment one month ahead of time and when you arrive to your appointment they just say sorry your specialist had to leave. Couldn’t they just call and let me know so I could reschedule. But if I can’t make it to my appointment they charge.Don’t waste your clients time. Just by not taking the time to call and doing your job. Very disappointed

Veronica was my water and she was amazing. I was very nervous because I was getting my first Brazilian. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole entire process. The two people working the front were also nice and information. I love how if you are a first timer they offer certain waxes free or at a discount

Curtis at the front desk is amazing! So helpful and sweet. His upbeat personality makes you feel welcome. I usually see Amber when I visit and she’s ALWAYS amazing. She literally talks to you and keep you engaged in conversation. It helps keep your mind off of the pain. I recommend this place 10/10

I usually just go with whoever is available and have never had a problem, until today. I went in for a full face wax and my waxer rushed the service and only did half of my eyebrows. I noticed once I got in the car because she never offered me a mirror to see. I went back in and talked to the friendly front desk girl. She put me with Giselle right away to fix my eyebrows and re wax my face because it was rushed and poorly done. GISELLE was AMAZING!!!! She fixed me up and my wax is now perfect. I will definitely be going back to her from now on.

At first this place was great and the service was good!!! But as a office they lack commutation between each other. They throw new waxer when i mean new fresh out of school to see customer back to back and they need more practice.

My wax lady was Shea at the Conroe location and when I tell you that she’s amazing she is just that I have been getting waxed for 2 years and my original wax lady is on vacation so I has to go somewhere else and it was all worth it Shea has gained her a new client. They were also very clean

Love this location because I can always get an appointment quickly. Very clean and the staff is friendly; the receptionist at check in chats while I wait for my appointment. But the wait is never long- I usually get called back early.

I LOVE European wax center, this was my first time at the conroe location and overall I had a pleasant experience. Only downside, I’m not quite sure if the receptionist was just having a bad day but she was not very welcoming and came off as if she completely did not want to be there. Which kind of set the mood for the rest of my stay there.

I absolutely Love my local EWC!They are kind, patient,and highly educated in not only the company but skin care needs as well!Jordan, if I’m not mistaken, is one of the the receptionist and always ALWAYS has a great attitude. She always greets me, asks if I need To use the restroom beforehand, and afterwards always ask about wax passes and if I’d be interested in products. There has been a great sale going on that Jordan told me about and I got to try some of the EWC body wash. I’m now OBSESSED with it!Thanks Jordan!Now Shasta! Her wax skills are a 10/10!!! - not a hair follicle in sight 😂I recommend Shasta to everyone who is interested in getting a wax/Brazilian. Once I get up and I’m all smooth; I feel Feminine and “normal” again. She’s helped me find the correct EWC products for caring for my wax and I leave Soooooooo smooth.Lastly, the place is ALWAYS clean. They are always stocked up on all the items you will find out soon that you need/will love.

The store hours were posted as 9am-9pm and I was allowed to make my appointment for 8:15pm and the appointment times went up to 8:30. When I arrived at 7:58 pm I was told they were closed and they would not honor my appointment. The receptionist told me it was a customer in the back receiving service but the wax specialist just turned off the wax machine. I was lied too. The location is 507 Interstate 45. I wasted my time and gas driving. I will not be going back due to unprofessionalism.

Dont go there. Had facial wax today. The receptionist said they do it all. I even verified with the beautician she will wax my whole face before she started as I pointed to my whole face even my nose. The nice beautician (but seemed in a hurry) said she was finished. I looked in the mirror and found she missed places on my firey face. Got back on the table disappointed knowing this is not going to be a thorough job in a horribly lit room. She said she was finished again. I didnt want to loose faith, looked in the mirror again but lighting was bad. My face is on fire. As I was checking out, at the front desk, I asked who does noses? She said, They dont do noses... I feel this was a waste of money, time and pain. It sounded like she said, I need go somewhere else like your hair beautician. I said to her, even wax the top and side of my nose or do the inside, pointing to my nose. I left a small tip feeling guilty questioning her but shouldnt have. My face was on fire. The beautician left whiskers on left side of mouth along with wax spots and loose hair waxed to my face. Its so red, I look more later. BTW, I also left with a strip of skin gone off the left side of my face as well. I cant say enough...I wasnt heard but at least now someone will listen and maybe it will spare them the experience I had.

FIRST TIME BRAZILIAN ??PLEASE READ! Book with Amber!!! She changed my perception on waxing. Amber did not do my first brazilian wax, but my first experience was at european wax center and it was not great. I vowed to NEVER get waxed again, but a day before a beach vacation I was in need of a clean look that hold me 10 days, so despite my first negative experience I gave it another go and happened to get booked with Amber this go around. This time things were much more relaxing for me. Amber was patient and calming for me despite my anxiety from the first experience. She talked me through tensing moments of fear, was much more gentle, and changed her methods a bit to accommodate my needs in each moment. Since then I have returned 3 times and bought a year pack, you can’t go wrong with AMBER! She will make sure your first time is comforting!

I Took my daughter there on a Monday. The receptionist and the person (Veronika) that did my daughters waxing was very nice and good at what she does. My daughter was so happy and cant kept talking about her experience, I am a licensed cosmetologist and I know when a job is well done.

Store hardly opens on time usually have customers waiting for employees to show up and open store . Multiple times I’ve seen employees with children in front and even in the rooms . Very unsanitary letting children touch equipment in rooms . One of the girls there has nails longer than I’m comfortable with. Very unprofessional setting I don’t recommend this location .

I had a really bad experience with a Brazilian.The manager called me back, apologized, gave me a refund and did his best to fix it. Which is why I changed my review to 3 stars from 1. I appreciated the gesture.But I dont think Ill go back. As apologetic and as nice as they were, that really was an awful job. And I dont want to risk going through this again. Maybe Ill try another waxer, I dont know yet.

Been getting waxed for 5-6 years now. Had been going to Market Street location but the Conroe location is more convenient, and when my last waxer left, I made the switch. Veronika has been my go-to at the Conroe location and shes great!! Besides being a thorough waxer, and having a good technique, which is key, she has a lovely personality and I enjoy visiting with her while Im getting waxed every month! Definite would recommend booking with her!

From the first phone call because GPS took me to the wrong place to walking out the door...Madelyn (sp?) and Veronika were professional and friendly and made the experience a great one! No hard sell, just suggestions and great explanations of the pricing and services.

For my western Conroe people dont go there. This is their Manager. Sanitary and being professional is a key here.
