Never returned calls about membership. Stopped by and no one was there to ask about membership. There are so many other gyms in the area that actually want your business.

First time visitor toady. This is a bad a$$ gym! There is a great selection of equipment, everything from your standard deadlift/bench/squat to strong man equipment. I believe I spoke with the owner today, she was extremely sweet and stopped what she was doing to ask how my workout was as I was leaving. Highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to push their training to the next level. Commercial gyms can’t compare to metro flex!

Excellent hardcore gym. No A/C, not many mirrors, just a bunch of great equipment that looks like its been used every single day. This is not for casual people looking to get some cardio.

This is a Texas style gym not your California style gym.

This is a great gym to get away from the overcrowding of a typical gym. The people here are super friendly and helpful that it doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or a first timer, you’re sure to fit right in.
