In the past Glass World has been excellent to deal with and did a good job. They have changed drastically and apparently don’t need business as they don’t return phone calls, don’t call back when they say, etc. now they are totally unreliable.

I have had this company come out and install two shower enclosures and was highly satisfied, but this last time I called they came out right away and measured what I was wanting done, took a week to get the quote, I called back and asked to make sure the quote was correct and was told it was even though I thought it was a little low on price and set it up to be done. I have called 4 other times, emailed and was told that they would be out to get it done and still 4 months later, nothing. I can only assume that the quote was actually wrong but they did not have common courtesy to call and let me know they made a mistake and needed to re quote it but instead silence. Sad. I will suggest anyone in Bentwater just say no to Glass World.

VERY positive experience with Glass World. They were very easy to work with, kept their appointments and showed up on time, and their work was wonderful! We had them enclose a shower for us and we are very pleased with the end result.

The office staff was extremely friendly (Kay) and very accommodating. The guys that came out to fix the glass called me before they came and then fixed the window quickly. There were complications with the repair but they worked thru it and got it done.

Great people at this company. I dealt with four, very professional and customer oriented people at this company. From the first call to the final install everything was top shelf.

Everyone was really great! Friendly in the front office and everyone I saw in the back too. I received service right away and I got my order right then as I waited. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Called main office on a Monday and set up for someone to come out to quote me on some windows. Woman was very friendly said a rep would call me but didn’t get a call until Friday. Male named Scott called me midday claiming he would be out and I didn’t have to be present. I asked him to call me so I can walk him through which windows I needed a quote on. Never called me. I called him later that day maybe 4pm - No answer. Called him again Monday, no answer. At that point I call the main office number and not his cell phone, no answer. Just unprofessional. If you don’t want your time wasted don’t bother with them. Also, there were clear signs he had been my house, be careful very sketchy and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend.
