We went through a whole year of classes, books, certifications, we had our home study in November and were informed that they went inactive on their license in January. Communication was horrible the whole entire year I couldn’t get anyone to email back, put us on the emails or better yet call us back. This was such a discouragement, we were so excited to have a little one. Now they want us to transfer to other agencies, but I hear their communication is horrible too. So now we are going to take a break... so sad.

No communication unless we contacted them over 2 years span. High turn over rate of specialists and our info did not transfer between people. We werent informed that they were closing. We contacted them and tried to schedule a home study and thats when we were informed that the office was being shut down.
