My family spent $1000s of dollars here with no real solutions. Stephanie Kosut is very nice and seemed knowledgeable but beyond recommending some natural solutions she was not helpful. It has been months now and my family’s situation is now even more serious. I will give some slack for the lack of service during pandemic but we have waited weeks and weeks because she was sick, then on vacation and after emails, left messages there has been very little effort to return phone calls and set appointments. I DO NOT recommend Prevail counseling if you are need of help for anything beyond very light and limited counseling. If you have serious needs please get some referrals. Online her qualifications and office appeared to offer the services we needed. However, Prevail Counseling has been a huge disappointment meeting the needs of my family. We have been more than patient. We have paid for services and have excellent insurance.

Prevail Counseling helped me with a family who needed an outpatient therapist for their adolescent after discharging from our program. They schedule an appointment with the family and we were able to secure appointment prior to discharge. Great communication and they took the time to ensure they paired our Paitent with the appropriate therapist. Highly recommend!

From the beginning there have been problems with this facility. The 1st appointment was rescheduled for an hour earlier only to be told they didnt have any appointments at that time. Once we get seen, the director didnt know why we were there or what was needed. After talking for 45 minutes, we were told that the therapist doesnt see kids his age and would check if she would since his birthday was only a few months away. That appointment was in AUGUST. I never heard back from anyone regarding any type of treatment plan. Tried calling multiple times only to be placed on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I finally reached someone 2 weeks ago that would look into it and call me back. As of this AM no one called. I sent an email asking for updates at 10am and finally received a call back at 445pm. The lady that called didnt have a clue about what was going on, what was needed, and tried telling me they were waiting on legal papers (which there isnt). After explaining everything AGAIN, I was told the next available appointment was in December.This place didnt follow up on anything. No one called back, no messages returned. DO NOT USE PREVAIL COUNSELING IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED HELP. No one is competent enough to do patient follow up.
