The one star rating that others have left and the comments are spot on!! This place has been the worst place that I’ve ever delivered to. A real HOS nightmare! And the lumper company, Costa Solutions are really charging upwards of 510.00 as an offloading fee!! Feels like a gouge! Never again! If this one comes across to you as a load offer, REJECT REJECT REJECT!! Seriously! But if you do have the misfortune of having to deliver here, the truck entrance gate is on the side street - Harpers Landing Blvd. This place is so janky they didn’t even mark the entrance or give directionals. CVS this is a serious let down! Certainly NOT the corner of happy nor healthy 😡

Hi! CVS. You probably dont care, but you need a new way of doing things. Like a faster way of counting for receiving for example. You dont need to keep us in a truck for over five hours, and force us to shut the engine (AC) off in a texas weather.

I’ll never in life deliver nun else to these people I broke down right at the place an was there hour and a half early told them wat happen loves came right out wouldn’t even 30 minutes the supervisor wouldn’t let the lady take me I sat a whole week missed my 3 month old niece funeral and everything I’ll never take another load for them ever

Be sure to bring lunch with you, when you come to this place. worst place to deliver

If you have another stop or pickup dont come here, very slow & rude. Even when they unload you you gonna wait your paperwork for hoursIf there is zero start I will give 0

Need to speed up the unloading and courting here at this place should take 3 hours to unload and court 13 pallets

The worst distraction Center. I never ever seen like this place. Took 6 hours to get loaded 7 pallets. No overnight parking

Did two stops there first one ok to deal with 2nd stop was a nightmare . Address is wrong you have to driver around looking for the truck entrance No signs security guard dont care .Never will go back a waste of time

This is the last place a driver should ever commit to load or unload. They are very unprofessional. It does you no good to have an appointment, because there are gonna get to you when they get to you. If you have to load or unload here, be sure to pack at least two of your daily meals. They are rediculous and unsympathetic towards drivers. They don’t consider your hours of service at all, because you will spend most of them on their property. They lie about you being served, and none of them have a word they keep. 5pm arrival time and a midnight unload. PITIFUL..!!! If I didn’t have to give them a star to leave a comment, they’d be in the negative according to me. It’s enough to run you insane. Their nonchalant actions will take you out of your character. They are absolutely horrible..!!! My husband and I are placing CVS stores on our DNR(do not return) list. It’s just that serious for us..!!! It’s the most Horrible, Unprofessional, Unacceptable, Atrocious, Dreadful place of business I’ve ever encountered..!!! That is all..!!! DRIVERS PLEASE BE AWARE..!!!

My worst experience ever as a truck driver.

If I could go less stars, I would make it about 2 below plant life. Arrived at 1410. Wouldnt Let Me IN Till 1500. Assigned a door right away, and waited till 1730 before they started to unload me. 1630, When I asked when where they going to start unloading, mind you that I was two doors away from the office window, all they would say is oh but they have the dock door open and just shrugged there shoulders like I dont know. I couldve got a better answer from a box of rocks. People in the receiving office act as if they are just brain dead.And dont forget the security guard at the gate. If u dont stop exactly at the stop line she will make a hole line of trucks back up out into the street until the first truck is before the stop line. And dont stop on it or over it, cause u will be backing up..And Capstone lumps are the worst. Three hours to unload, with a $579.00 lumped fee. Just let me know when ur done driving so I can let go of my ankles. OK. So u have it. Good luck on ur next delivery. Oh yeah, and the guy next to me that arrived at 1100, was still there after I left.

I cant even decide where to start....If you can avoind this place at all costs. The ONLY and I mean THE ONLY sensible person on the darn property was the security officer.Nobody knew which way was up in this place. Luis the supervisor for order selectors is dishonest and untrustworthy. Luis allowed harassment just because he was close to the person who did it. He should really be evaluated.

If you got a chance dont take a loads inbound or outbound to this facility..... We received a claim on a no touch load......Months after that happened.....for no reason.....most likely inside theft....more easy blaming a carrier....

I never seen this kind place in my life and I will never come here again. I come here 1pm and now is 5pm and they still didn’t even my door wow...

I had 3 plts to unload,i sat for 2hrs,had to go inside to see why they havent touched frieght,they thought i was finished and gone,no communication skills,they act like they dont care about their job,and basically lazy unloader,office staff seem like they knew nothing about what was going on with dock workers,this is the worst of all cvs distribution centers i have delivered to.
