Awesome place to store your boat. When you want it, theyre right there for you and youre in the water quickly. Same when youre done for the day!

Pretty good place to launch your boat. Now offer valet service which worked out pretty well. My only complaint is that you launch at this ramp and there are two concrete walls that you are in between that are about 30ft long. For those of you with wake boats know where Im coming from with trying to stay straight backing out this walled in ramp can be a little nerve wrecking. With no steering in reverse and with those other inconsiderate boaters that come in and dont respect your space it could be pretty irritating... All in all, parking is good. Ramp is managed well. Just dont like the concrete walls

Online booking was easy, and staff was super friendly and helpful (includes the pup!). The boat was in good shape, and it was a fun day on the water with the kids.

They took great care of us at Lakeview. The staff was amazing, they knew it was my birthday and made me feel extra special and were very helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

We rented a boat Mother’s Day weekend. I booked it online. Super easy! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. I have rented many boats over the years and this one has no hidden charges (fuel, launch fees, cleaning fees). All included in the price. Very straight forward. We brought our own tubes. Should have a brought a harness to clear the motor b/c it didn’t come with one. I managed with an additional rope and some survival knots. The 150hp was plenty for tubing and crossing the lake. We rented the 30 Viaggio and was by far the nicest and cleanest boat I have ever rented. They have several 2021 units in their fleet. Rental time was 3pm. I showed up, filled out the real agreement, gave them a card for the security/damage deposit, and we were off in 15 minutes after walking the boat and being shown where all the equipment was located. Great time! We will definitely rent again. Thanks Lakeview Marina for putting smiles on our faces!

Stayed at a vrbo 7/9-7/16 that contracted with this marina to store our boat while we were there. We were not to pay storage (it was included in our rental). When my husband dropped off the boat on 7/10 and purchased oil he was charged for storage and launch for 7 days and a launch for 1 day. We were charged incorrectly from the get go. Another lady (Connie) came in and realized we should have been charged for storage and said she would refund us for that portion. We STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THAT. We also questioned the charges when we picked the boat up on the last day because we hadn’t been refunded yet and it rained several times that week and the boat was Only launched 4 times, 1 which was included in the vrbo rental and they said they would offer us a voucher. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN TEXAS A VOUCHER DOES ME NO GOOD! They charged us wrong from the get go and owe us over $100. The owner of our vrbo has called and left numerous messages and emailed them as well and have they not gotten one response.

Did boat rental on 8-9-20 easy online reservations. Easy check in & out. Clean boat had tube, vests tow lines ready to go for a day of fun. Rented lily pad to relax on the water. It was very large and held 4 adults or more no problem. Staff very helpful will rent again !

Awesome place but the restrooms are scary lol they need a good once over. Its like Halloween in there. But awesome lake marina and customer service. Only $15 to take your boat out too if your a guest.

The launch is nice its not too steep at all and the docks are plentiful, deep launch right off the bat so no worries of hitting bottom. Would have rated higher but it costs $15 to launch

Scraped up my boat on nails and other material sticking out on their gas pump bulkhead area. I only have so many fenders. They need to repair the bulkhead and add bumper railing or more fenders. I have told them several times but nothing has been done. I would post a picture, but too many. The employees are very nice and the Marina is good place for gassing up, food etc, but just cant justify tearing my boat up like what happened a few days ago. I had to call my insurance company as repairs are needed.

Never any issues here, aside from being too busy once (not their fault). $15 to launch

Been here for almost a year with my boat. Absolutely excellent service and great people working here.

Went there on the 31st of September. After a day out on the lake I come back to a couple officers waiting next to my vehicle. My vehicle had been keyed in two different locations. Im not talking about dragging the key across the car covertly either. These kids took their time to carve in some gang letters. According to the officers two other vehicles suffered the same. That place was hopping when we first arrived there. I saw at least 4 employees when I went inside to buy some ice. I just find it extremely difficult to believe that nobody saw anything while these kids went to work on the vehicles. Either way, Ill never be showing up here again.

Parking can be dicey but the marina itself is great.

I purchased a membership a few months ago and Ive been very satisfied. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable. They always go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied. The grounds are clean and well maintained compared to other marinas in the area. As members, we get priority valet launches among other perks.Also, they have the cheapest gas on the lake!

The guys were super nice and the boats are well taken care of. They were knowledgeable about the lake and good places to anchor out to swim. Also told us about the local sites to see. Parking was kind of rough and they were a little off the beaten path. They should really put a sign out at 105 to make it easier to find.

As far as I am concerned...this is the only place to launch your boat! Attentive staff always looking out for the safety of others. We had some boat troubles this weekend and they were there to help out. $15 launch with Valet launch for members, great store and always welcoming!

I have been here for 6 years. I love this marina!!! I have the biggest boat shed they have and LOVE it!! It is big enough for my 24foot Sea Ray and 3 Jet skis! The valet service is first rate! I can ride my motorcycle to the lake and have the valet put my boat or jet skis in the water for me! This service is INCLUDED in the shed fee! It is AWESOME! I also keep my RV in the RV park for the summer. The staff, especially Connie and Greg have been consistently professional and truly care about this place and the experience of the customers.

We rented Tritoon for a half a day and were really please with everything from reservation to the end. Connie was excellent in getting us checked in, the crew was great in getting us into the boat. The boat was well maintained and had everything we needed. We had a great time and highly recommend Lakeview for whatever you need on Lake Conroe: rentals, supplies, food, gas, etc...Highly recommended!!!

This is where we typically go to launch our boat. The facility is basic, but gives us everything we need to launch (large size ramp). Other than the launch, the decks are pretty old and worn. I gave it four starts because I havent taken advantage of all the features that it has to offer, but when we use the ramp, we go early so we usually dont encounter anyone. I will continue to come here to launch.

May seem a little pricey to launch your boat but the area is pretty clean and very friendly people, plus my truck being safe while we are on the lake is worth it

We stay here in our motor home because it is the closest FHU park to our children and grandchildren. Each time Connie is so very helpful and accommodating. The 50 A concrete spots right on the lake provide relaxing views. Can walk to restaurant next door plus loads of restaurants and shopping all along FM 105. Launch and park your boat here. Good service. Pleasant, helpful staff. Excellent location.

Nice area 2 go fishing & get some serenity!

Came here to fish the other day after hearing how good this place was and found out it wasnt even great. I had to pay a fee, was welcomed with racial remarks and told to leave. I dont plan on coming back due to racism and discrimination. I would not recommend this place not even to my friends or family. Theres other marinas and parks out there in the lake conroe area that are much more friendly without the uncalled for remarks, and wont rip you off as well.

I have my watercraft housed at the marina and launch from there when I take it out. I have only had one negative experience with a staff member that when I took my concerns to Shelby were immediately dealt with. Shelby has provided excellent customer service and I recommend them to all my friends.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Management sucks, they pick and choose who they like and if they dont like you they try to charge you more than the ones that they like. The up keep on the property leaves a lot to be desired considering the amount of the monthly rent. The manager likes to blackball and steal from tennants that he doesnt care for or want in the park. Theres only one employee there that actually does what hes supposed to do and treats the tennants with respect and his name is EJ. The rules and regulations only apply to the ones that Shelby has it in for and he makes others do his job for him. So if you want an all around bad experience then I would suggest that you stay here but if you want to enjoy your vacation or stay somewhere I would suggest that you find lodging elsewhere!!!

$15 to launch a jetski seems a little high but all else is top notch.

This place has the potential to be an absolute amazing place, because of its location, I would say even likely to have the potential to be the top rated marina on Lake Conroe, however it will never be a great place until the management changes. Extremely unprofessional, be sure IF you choose to do business with them, to always record your conversations with any employee, especially management, and always ask for copies of all documents you sign, as well as corporates number. The manager tries to refuse you this information, so be sure you get it up front.

I have lived here for 6 months and I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at Lakeview, the employees have been nothing but nice to me even when sometimes I didnt deserve it lol,anything I have asked for has been taken care of with no issue.there will always be the one person somewhere who is annoying and will lie about a review to make some places look bad because of there own issues like electricity problems with there OWN camper.luckily the only problem camper will be gone shortly so come out enjoy Lakeview where the people are nice and helpful and the view is beautiful .have a blessed day

Its an okay place to put your boat in at on Lake Conroe. Its not really a double loading ramp, even though people definitely come up right beside you & load. Pretty busy & the waters choppy unloading/loading.

Man.. The walkway to the boat was a wooden wavy drunks nightmare without ever having to drink!! Talk about seasick but not at sea lol... Na... They said its temp from Harvey.. Hold your kids hand on wavy days.. It was beautiful and such a relaxing day...

Shouldve bet money on it. Normal predictable repulsive behavior.Met up with my family here back at spring break, during that time i refused to return. Once again here I sit meeting family, being as this is the most convenient marina for my family coming from all sides of town. This was & will be the last time mark my words. Never will anyone of us return. Whats a 2 min. possibly 5 min more drive down 105 or a short detour, it will be worth it. Worth it without having to tolerate great liars with such the lack of couth.

We have an R V park, boat storage units, boat ramp and jet ski ramp, a picnic area, a store with some boating supplies, beverages, gasoline pump, newly installed floating docks that will raise and fall with the water level, vallet service for stall rental customers and a professional staff to help you enjoy your Lakeview Marina experience.

KOA of Conroe cancelled our 2 week reservation the day of our arrival and Lakeview Marina made room in their hearts and home to save our family reunion. The amenities are excellent along with the staff. If it werent for them i dont know what we would have done. Thanks guys ur the best lakeside camping spot ever see you next year!

Just an FYI this is the only place you can get 93 octane ethanol free gas without it costing you an arm and a leg! And theyre great people.

I had a great experience here this last weekend. Shopped at the store, launched, talked to the employees. Everyone was nice and friendly. I dont understand the mean negative reviews but I will be coming back!

This place sounds great until you show up, for the money it wasnt that great of a place. Prefer to spend my time at a nicer facility. Should have read these reviews before staying here.

To The Next General Manager of Lakeview MarinaThe last two managers at Lakeview Marina on lake Conroe was a husband and wife team and they only lasted for SIX MONTHS. The manager before that was great and woked with the customers and the other businesses.She also was only the GM for SIX MONTHS.You will find the PROBLEMS are with the owners in Dallas not the past GM s or their employees.DO NOT SIGN A LEASE FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS, and GOOD LUCK you will need it

Liars/Scam! I called ahead this weekend to make sure they had enough parking, dispite the lady assuring me they did, when I arrived, they told me they had room, but only if i bought a $250 membership- what a scam. Dont do it! Total waste of money (I paid for one last year)! Even with the membership you still have to wait for them to Valet as many other people as they want while you sit baking in the sun! On top of that everything else, including fuel, is overpriced. Dont waste your time or money here.

Worst treatment. I travel here to see friends every July 4, we all use this marina because of the convenience for all of us to meet. Lowest display of power from the manager or owner; Shawn Shelbie Shira whatever he calls himself treats people like trash. Then he has a strange constant need for attention that is exhausting. His actions indicate a powerful need to control anyone or any circumstance in daily life by talking down to others. Extremely disappointing start to the holiday weekend. Regretting every second of it

Below you can read the factual based information, disregarding the fictional explanations from management. First complaining review: The manager does acts contemptuous towards others, becoming offended when somebody objects to his behavior shown. Not requiring interaction, by people watching its disturbing seeing this mans unpleasant demeanor to the staff and the customers. He may see that its humorous but its offensive. Second complaining review: Some employees of the Marina in fact consume alcohol on the premises, during business hours, also not during business hours. Management writes in response that he does not drink, (see attached images) Trying to make himself look more favorable. There are some employees that are extremely confrontational. Again resistance by not able to recall talking to anyone about this issue. Third complaining review: A RV resident that resided on property for close to a year writes clear factual explicit statements. Management avoided a response to even establish goodwill. Forth complaining review: Speaks of discrimination, and racial remarks. True on both, neither is appropriate. Unfortunately this occurs rather frequently. There was more than one sign located on the premises stating NO FISHING ALLOWED, the fishing fee Ive never heard of unless a employee made that rule then pocketed the fee. Again management failed to respond with an invitation back to the Marina, an sincere apology, or kindly thankful for the feedback alone. Fifth complaining review: Currant employees positions are being threatened if they speak or side with this claim. Correct, the female employee was dismissed after management vigorously humiliated her. Vocally pressed his thoughts of the female employee being dishonest about the so called sexual harassment claim After shamelessly criticizing the female about the claim that was prior to his power-hungry entitled management position, the mother and father of the female questioned management on his constant forced vocal judgment towards their daughter. After the parents questions and concerns towards management ended with the females dismissal as an employee of the Marina. Sixth complaining review: Bold father of the female employee whom was accurately fired for what he explains and documents in his review. Management then made daily decisions to manipulate customers to continually cover up why the female was no longer an employee of the Marina. Management is still incapable of leaving a distorted response. Seventh complaining review: Truth being the Marina is OK, nothing spectacular standing out from the rest. Its not the most inviting place, constant drama throughout the place. The game wardens with all water patrol law enforcement show their presence often, their station is close by this Marina. The Marina is pretty much the first stop other than residential homes. Be aware, carefully review all of Lake Conroes Marina options. Eighth complaining review: There were multiple problems with the electricity, and sewer lines that were not replaced. Almost like management did not seem to care of these things of importance. Its the simple things that could make a difference in people feeling like the Marina is a joke.

This place is a joke . They keep have problems with there electric. Your Rv keeps tripping all the time . They run over sewer line over. They will not replace them . . I would no waste my time on this review.

As far the new Manager Shelby Stocks.....Ive had a lot of experience with him. He used to manage Port O Conner marine which was owned by his mom until they shut the business down due to so many lawsuits and they couldnt pay the bills. As far as my dealings I paid Port O Conner marine for a new 250 Mercury motor whicj they failed to produce and basically took my money and refused to give it back. I took them to court and they didnt show up so I got a judgement but Port O Conner marine doesnt have any money so basically I Losy my 18k and Shelby stole it and he did the same thing to a friend of mine for over 60 grand, he stole as much money as he could before the the business went under tehn they shut the doors and closed down and they didnt have any money and the DA never seemed to have enough evidence to convict him and his mother which are both crooks and from what I hear his dad was too when he was alive as he was caught selling insurance without a license. Hes a convicted sex offender and pretty much smeared his name on the coast and is known as a thief and a con man. very cocky rude and arrogant and very defensive when you call him out because he knows hes wrong and he just a classic narcissistic sociopath, he will run the business in the ground and steal whatever he can just like he did his own business......but im sure hell have some response as to how its everyone else and not him and everybody else is the culprit and hes right and everyone else is wrong after all thats what a narcissistic sociopath does

I had been living here for almost a year and the management is not up to par by no respect, no friendly service and have not been trouble to any management or of the neighborhood/RV guests,its nothing but a bunch of people who are a cliché of see who can see the popularity contest and dont know who to keep there nose out of other peoples business, furthermore apparently. Whom ever is be apart of there group and cant keep there nose clean to see where whos more dirty than others to tell if the sun is shining or not, congrats to you, keep this unfit R/v park its horrible!No amenities, except a washer and dryer.. AlsoPeople have also complained about others leaving there laundry in the washer/dryer and left it until morning, sure its free but you could be better off not waiting and save time and spend money at a laundromat at a corner store.We have always paid on time, thats fact.We had poor service and when our breaker 30 amp breaker trips by accident which our side is ran off of a 15 amp wire which they have our side on 30 amp which is a fire hazard, our a/c alone by itself requires 15 amps, the friends that we had on our side had the same issue with there power shutting off cause the breaker panel gets too hot.Our compressor and control board had to be replaced, we asked for a 50 amp service and reserved to pay for a spot,Shortly after, by october 8th and again sent another vacate notice to move by september 9th which how much more can you laugh about the matter how backwards its ranand sent us and mutliple times stuck tape and post-it notes on my truck and r/v home! They failed to see us living comfortable by any friendly decency,Secondly, I Do Not Appreciate the fact before rent was due having notes put on my paint, how would you feel if your vehicle had been had tape attached to a note and let the heat adhere to your cars paint? Thats persecuting me and my family directly like we are not going to pay the damn rent, which we always have!They have the panel box locked, so i guess my father with a heart condition is suppose to suffer with no air condition and power when management is sleeping.Which is very un-safe for my fathers health condition and incase of an emergency, and had no other way to call 911?we had a signed contract by terms of agreement.To pay it weekly/monthly and they go up on rent cause they believe to have the right to do so which also is Illegal.Also... the people that they have cutting the lawn here have no regards for peoples R/V and have damaged our R/V, cutt our sewer dump line,i would never recommend Anyone to rent from here.Save your time and money and look elsewhere.For your better needs, what a joke this place is.And if corporate wishes to contact me, you can do so by my email which is linked to my profile.Happy Camping.They are Very Disrespectful!!!Last But least, I took my nephew there and as where not bothering anyone and they give us a No Trespass Warning..And also before the cop came Management told my family and I: Take your garbage elsewhere;;Speaking from me: save your family the horror!

I will say the marina is ok, but this review is beware if you are launching your boat, gamewardens will check you at the end of the day and give you a field sobrity test.
