Always amazing, super relaxing

I have been a member of massage envy since 2004. Started at $49/mo + $39 for any additional massage that same month. Now 14 years later my membership has increased to $65/mo + $49 and decreased customer service. I could understand if, as the economy rose, that the customer service remained parallel this would make sense . However, this is not the case. The customer service has noticeably decreased over the years. Evidenced by the second time where they cancel my massage on short notice (15 min notice) yet fail to appropriately compensate me for my time and financial resources. This is why after 14 years I have chosen to cancel my membership and support my local therapists. I cannot in good faith recommend this company.

Massage Envy - Teas Crossing is great...professional, helpful and the facility is clean and inviting. Derrick is an amazing massage therapist. I am an athlete and he listens to exactly what I need each time and I always leave feeling better. I have scheduled the stretch session my last 2 appointments in addition to my massage. It is good. Stretch is thorough and an excellent lead in to the massage.

I just had my first amazing experience with stretch massage and it feels great! Kelly R. was my massage therapist, I liked that she took few moments at the beginning to really understand what I need and why I am there. I have gotten a massage from alot of the employees at this location and I was only not fully satisfied with one of them. (And that was maybe 2 years ago) After using David for a while (he is very strong and gives wonderful massages), I found that Jodie is perfect for me when David was not available. The receptionists can tell you what kind of massage and pressure the different employees can do to give you an idea of who would be best for you in your time slot which is very helpful . The front desk team is always very friendly and accommodating and I never have any issues.

I had a facial with Roxanne and she was wonderful! Very kind and did a good job. Wasnt too rough with the extractions. I almost fell asleep towards the end when you receive the neck and shoulder massage. She was all around great. I would use her again!

Receptionists are always sweet and welcoming in person and over the phone. Even though Jodie is my girl, Ive have many other massage therapists work on me at this location and I was happy with all of them. The front desk will always tell you who would be best suited for you depending on the pressure you prefer. And the membership is 100% worth it!

I am experienced with the amazing, therapeutic benefits of massage, and my Therapist, April, always listens carefully to my needs and then meets them in a friendly and professional way! The Teas Crossing facility is always immaculate, and the staff there friendly and helpful. April is excellent at deep tissue work, without ever leaving me anything but relieved and relaxed afterward! I ❤ my masseuse!

Amazing place, the staff is always personable and its a relaxing environment. I always go to the same person, April, and Im not even tempted to see anyone else. She is so nice and makes you feel really comfortable, which is something I was nervous about before getting a massage. Five stars!

Because I have a lot of back issues, I get regular massages. Donna is amazing! She really listens & understands my issues. She takes a lot of time & works to keep my back spasms under control. This location is very clean, has a wonderful staff and has always been very professional and courteous. I have been to other massage locations and have been offered membership, but declined. I decided to join after witnessing an upset customer and how the manager on duty handled her. I am so glad to be a member here and look forward to my visit each month! This location is the worst! I’ve been going for a year, and have been canceled on by them three times. The most recent was tonight, where they called two hours before my appointment to cancel on me. They also could not fit me in for another prenatal massage at a time I could make until next month! I was told the girl was not feeling well and felt it was “unsafe to do a massage on a pregnant woman”, but she could reschedule my massage for tomorrow morning. How does that make sense, would she be miraculously “safe to do her job” in the morning? When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she was not in and they didn’t really know when she would be in. Horrible customer service! I will no longer be going to this location and I advise everyone to steer clear, as they clearly do not care about their customers.Update: I canceled my membership of over a year last month due to my pregnancy, not two months ago, and I’m still eligible to use two of my prepaid massages until the end of January. I did speak with your manager the next day, but only to cancel my next appointment with this location. I will be going to a different massage envy location from now on. Your business has canceled on me 3 times in the year or so I have been a massage envy member, I did not confirm or deny this with the manager. Nothing was discussed except my appointment cancellation. I stand by my one star rating and after your response, would give less if I could.

This place is horrible!!!! Go somewhere else if possible. First me and my fiance had came in for couples massages and the girl who gave me mine kept hurting me after me repeatedly telling her enough!!! She would not stop, and kept digging in deeper and harder and making things worse than better. I didnt feel any relaxation at all!! She just made my body hurt for a week after that. Secondly I decided I would give them another shot but this time with a facial. I made an appointment for a 90 minute facial and was looking forward to having my face pretty for my wedding that weekend. Needless to say the girl who did my facial burned me with the chemical peel. The next day when I woke up after my facial it was cracked and peeling really bad all over my cheeks, and nose. She also was cleaning out the blackheads off my nose and made sores from using her utensil. Ladies if you want great service and people who actually care about you and not looking for a paycheck, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Make sure you read the reviews carefully and get your trusted friends and family before you go anywhere.

My wife and I have only had massages there but they do a fabulous job at that as well as offer other services and products at great prices

I wish I could give a review of this place, but unfortunately when I called to make an appointment, I was rudely told that there were no appointments available for the day I called nor next day and I was not even given choices. I guess the owner must be pretty wealthy or does not know that the receptionist is turning business away. At any rate, I will not be calling back to be rudely told off. Oh, I did call another massage place in the area and they were extremely friendly, and accommodating to the point that they would be willing to check with their masseuse and see if they could stay a bit late.

My wife and I both see April for a reason. She’s fantastic at her craft, she’s a shining star and an all around great person. We always book our next appointment before we leave our last. Thanks for all you do April!

Bought my wife a gift card for two one hour massages. Didnt ask for a price or a dollar amount, just told them I want two one hour massages. The first one went great. She went in for the second massage and when she was done they charged her an extra $66 because she didnt have enough on the card. Wouldnt be a big deal except my wife just had to pay $66 for her birthday gift from me. They say they are going to try to fix it but we will see.

This was a Mother’s Day gift for me. I had David and he was alright. Asked what I needed. I mostly needed legs and lower back but instead got a partial leg and a half and a whole lot of neck and shoulder for less than my 90 minutes of massage. I added on the stimuli service for my legs to break up my knots. I paid for 15 minutes and got about 7. He was a bit unprofessional in my opinion. He seemed pretty sleepy. Kept yawning over and over during our session with sound. At one point he was just passing his hands back and forth on my leg and then all of sudden remembered he was suppose to be giving a massage.It wasn’t a great massage like I hoped for. I don’t know that I will be returning. When asked about signing up for the membership I asked my husband to not take it.

I have chronic pain and get massages monthly. Now that they began the stretching program in addition to massages I wont even think about scheduling a massage without having the assisted stretching first. Derrick is such a great therapist! He always listens to what you need and adjusts his technique accordingly. Sometimes I will book 4 to 6 weeks out in order to be sure I am able to get Derrick. No doubt others are good but when you find someone you trust and feel comfortable with you tend to keep going back to that person. Very knowledable and proffessional...I love this place.

Had my first 30 minute stretch by Derek. It was hard but very beneficial. He explained everything and told me what to expect the next day Followed up by an hour massage. Derek was great.

Went there for the first time and loved it. Staff was great and very accommodating. Made sure of what I needed. Loved the fact that the massage therapist did not want to Chat during the massage. I was able to relax and enjoy it. Signed up for wellness program and will be going back monthly.

Kelly B is my favorite prenatal therapist! She always knows just the right areas to work and the right amount of pressure to use! As an LMT myself, I am definitely picky with my treatment and she always knows how to relieve my pain! Im always super relaxed and feeling so much better after a session with Kelly B!

I love this place because it is close to my house and more importantly because I have a great massage therapist, Kelly B. She does a great job of hitting my problem areas and provides a relaxing experience. I love her so much I go every two weeks and when I dont, I can feel the difference!

I had a wonderful experience today at massage envy, Charles was my massage therapist. This was my first time to ever get a massage and I am so glad that I did! It was so relaxing plus relived pain and tension. I really appreciated that charles wasnt chatty. I am not a talkative person especially when trying to relax.

Everyone needs to really take the time to have your membership explained to you. we went in for a couples massage but one of the masseuse did not show up earlier in the month of October. My fiancé did not get a massage because of this. We went in two weeks later and had to pay $83 for a couples massage then they took out $49.99 more days later stating we had to pay a membership fee that was due and since it was after the massage the week before we had to pay for the previous massage. Be careful folks.

I love this place. I always enjoy this Massage Envy Spa location because it is one of the cleanest and friendliest I have visited. I booked a spa day (combo massage and facial) with the deep muscle therapy enhancement because I love that Biofreeze and hot towels they use in the massage. The facials help with my skin blemishes. They use Murad.

Masseuse seemed to be newer and inexperienced. Overselling add ons from front desk staff and pushing for memberships after explaining that I was not interested. Friendly staff, but massage was subpar and I wont be back.

They have some seriously shady business practices!I was given a $100 gift card as a gift. I tried making an appointment, in the process was asked for a credit card to hold my appointment. I told them I was unwilling to give them my credit card information over the phone to a company I have never used before, and was told they would not hold an appointment unless I gave them a credit card number to have on file.I told them I had a gift card and they could use that number. They said they would have to physically have the card in hand in order to do that.I stopped by their offices and was in the process of making my appointment when they asked for my credit card information again. I again, told them I wouldnt give them that, to which they said they had to have hat to hold the appointment. I told her about my gift card and what I was told over the phone, she went and got the manager. When she came back she indicated she would hold my gift card. She made my appointment for 2 weeks out, and I then asked for something saying I had left my gift card and what the balance was when I left it with her. The manager came out and said they didnt have anything like that and they were already making an exception by not having a credit card on file. I said there was no reason they needed my credit card. She reiterated again that they did not have anything to give me. I said so youre expecting me to just trust you. The manager just smiled.I told her to cancel my appointment, again the manager smiled and told me to have a good day

I went with a friend on a whim. Dhante was AWESOME. As a girl I was worried it might be a little uncomfortable with a male masseuse but this was in no way the case. It was without a doubt the best massage I have ever had.

Second time around for me with a contract to Massage Envy... it will be the last. Too many scheduling mistakes made, cant get the therapist you want (even when you try to schedule ahead), not the best therapists around, and even when you try to cancel its like pulling teeth. Would not recommend.

Had a massage here in 2013 with my mother which was were semi satisfied with. Called today to make an apt. They called me back (which was only 5 mins later) to advise they needed a current credit card to hold the apt. I asked the lady if I could just make an apt for tomorrow instead of today bc I actually wouldnt make it in time. the manager there told me Id be charged half of the full price since I canceled. Mind u.. I was trying to book one for the following day instead so they were still getting business from me. Instead she refused to take any further apts from me if I did not provide my credit card info so she could charge me the 30 for canceling. Luckily. I didnt give them a current card number. Obviously they did not want my service. I will be going elsewhere
