Live TJ Nails. The man is slightly better in my opinion than the lady. Great place. Nice atmosphere....very clean. Walk ins always, and appointments at times.

I went with my mother 5 days after my father passed away to get her nails done. I thought I would get a pedicure since I cant walk and its very hard to reach my toes. He is a very kind and gentle human and did what I thought was a good job. The next day I woke up with a bloody sick on my right foot and a blister on my left bigg toe. Fast forward 2 months and wound care has been trying to fix the blister but it is very angry as they call it. They are admitting me to the hospital to see if the infection is in the bone and if they need to remove my toe. To say the least it was the worst $65.00 I ever spent

I love the way they do my nails better than anyone, l have been to Richmond and tried all the nail places there and always one breaks or chops. Never had that at tj nails. They are friendly, they tell you if there is going to be a long wait so you are not sitting forever, I dont go anywhere else unless they are on vacation or something. So go give it a try you will see its a good place to go.

My friend and I went there with no appointment and they got us in anyways they was the nicest people to have done our nails and the man who did mine was very gentle and very good at his job my nails are a week old and look just like the day I got them done I will be recommending them to everyone I know thank you so much for your kind caring staff great work

The place is absolutely amazing! My favorite thing is anything I ask them to do, they go above and beyond to try it. Instead of just saying no we cant do that here! I have asked for something and she has mixed colors together, repeatedly put polish on her skin or nails until she gets it right. He also does a great job. Sometimes they are pretty busy but thats expected with the work they do. You wont be disappointed!

Will never go back to this place ever. I went in to sign in for a nails appointment, I asked the lady how long the wait would be, then told me but I couldnt understand her under her mask on... so I politely asked her to repeat and she did but i still couldnt understand what she said. Then she laughed at me because I couldnt understand and was completely rude about it and started talking to the guy in their language laughing at me. Very humiliating and rude. Never liked how they treated me and never did the best with my nails. Wish I could rate -5 stars.

This is the only place i prefer to get my nails done. He always does an amazing job and when he does my nails they look amazing for weeks after. Unfortunately they were closed this weekend so i had to go to usa nails in richmond and cant wait to get them re done already. The only thing i dont like is all the times they are closed but amazing besides tht.

Mean, Rude, terrible at what they do- Nails! Everyone I talk to has their own account of what happened to them and NO ONE has been positive. Ive been there 3x because I believe in giving businesses a fair chance, even several chances. My daughter 2x. She was bleeding at her last visit. I dont understand why they are still in business.

Worst place ever to get nails done. Very rude! Told me they didnt care how long I waited let people jump ahead after waiting over an hour. Never dependable to be open. after waiting an hour they told me they didnt have time. No variety of colors. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Why is this business still open, customer service was very poor.

The last 3 times I would go into TJS it would be between 3:30 and 4pm as soon as Id walk in the owner would say were done for the day they still had 2.5 to 2 hours of being open so I got tired of wasting my time and gas driving up there so I started going to pronails and they never turn me away and theyre very friendly and good at what they do..Ill never go back to TJS again

They have high-quality nails but they are the most expensive place in front of yourself
