Constantly have problems I havent received mail in 3 weeks Ive had a move sitting in my mail box by the road with flag up for a week.
The custodian is a babe
No inside handicap access. There is a handicap parking spot at the back door and a buzzer. They will bring you what you need. Other than no access I would give it 🌟🌟 🌟🌟 🌟 stars. Great customer service.
The workers at the counter are efficient, polite, and professional while also being pleasantly friendly!
I live in a trailer park on Lake road and any time that they are supposed to come to your door to deliver a certified letter or certified mail they never do they stick a little pink paper in my mailbox expecting me to go into Conneaut and get it I do not have a vehicle they do not do their jobs by coming to my door so I can get my important mail it is ridiculous.
