Stopped in at their Conneaut location one day to just look and inquire about the tractors. They new very well I wasnt there to purchase anything, but they had no problem taking the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions. Got home and talked to the wife about it, went back the next day and got to see all of their inventory. Not once did they try to push a sale. Needless to say, they got my business. Thank you Anthony, and the rest of Bortnicks staff. My experience was top notch.

Probably the worst Kubota dealership Ive ever been to. I went in to shop around for some machines last week. It was a struggle from the beginning to get somebody to talk to me. Finally an employee who seemed like it was a burden to speak to me came out and stood silently while I did my own learning. Needless to say, I will NEVER be returning to this awful dealership ever again. Being from the upper Ohio area myself, its ashamed to see locals act this way.David Phelps Jr.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a used John Deere backhoe from Bob at the Cortland location! Very helpful and easy to work with all the folks at Bortnick. I drove up from just outside Columbus to make this purchase and I am glad I did. I think their service shop treated me right on the work I requested to be done to the backhoe.. Rick the service manager was extremely helpful through the process. My experience was so positive and I believe Bortnick went above and beyond my expectations. I realized that my purchase of an older used backhoe was not a large sale to Bortnick compared to the new farm equipment but to me it was; and I never felt or experienced that my purchase of the used backhoe was any less important to Bob. This was my personal experience working with Bortnick and I will be back to buy additional farm equipment and I will not hesitate to recommend Bortnick to my neighbors who farm and my friends! Thank you to the folks at Bortnick.

Price gouging outfit, only go here in an emergency. Had a starter safety switch go out on my tractor and paid over double what it would have cost to have it shipped from elsewhere. $50 for a $21 part is more than price gouging its robbery. DO A PRICE CHECK BEFORE VISITING THIS PLACE!

All depends on who is serving you.My experience was trying to get a part that I was looking for and was told it would take 2 days to get it.When I went to a competitor and walked in and walked out with the part I was looking for.It was just a PTO shafted nothing special.
