I had a leak in fireplace four years ago. They promptly diagnosed the problem and replaced chimney cap. Then figuring all units were of the same age they replaced all the others. Very proactive.
Management is not responsive to issues raised about autopayment system/plan, instead accounts are charged inappropriately with late/return fees. Elizabeth is rude
The absolute worst. they dont respond to you unless its convenient to them and they still say I owe them a payment from 6 months ago that I have proof I paid from my bank, but since they lost the payment its apparently my problem. they also charge you left and right for fees for anything they can. I want to move out of my condo asap just because of them.
I wish I could give this company 1/2 of a star; frankly they barely even deserve that. Alpine property management is by far the most unresponsive, difficult, and painfully rude company Ive ever encountered. Kris Boyle (property manager) is rude, arrogant, and a swindler who will seem nice in the moment while stabbing you in the back at the same time. Buyer beware.
Terrible communication. As soon as they need something (money) they are all over you, but when you call or leave messaged on something you need its like they dons exist. I live in Devens. We dont need this management company for our properties. Please Devens Enterprise Commission! Drop this company and find a much more reputable property management company. Ive seen company vans of alpine stop on the service road and just randomly walk through other peoples properties yards with no permission. Terrible.
They dont take care of their property, they no longer have security, the elevator is always going out and the building smells like fish, it has no handicap accessibility yet has seniors and disabled living there. With roofs leaking, people slipping, mold building oh lets not forget about the washers constantly going out and the early morning feces that was found in the laundry rooms not long ago. This is how they take care of federal square condominiums. It all comes down to the bottom line with them..
Absolutely horrible property management company. They are rude, unprofessional, and will not fix any damages that are under their purview. We have had problems with flashing under the siding of the house for years, and now that there is extensive damage to the inside of our unit they finally sent someone out to look at it. However, they refuse to fix it. Kris is a horrible manager and I am surprised after the numerous complaints she is still employed.
We just moved into our house, they take two to three weeks to respond to emails. NO ONE ever answers the phone. Cant set up trash services must do it through the HOA which uses this terrible management company. I dont even know how to pay my HOA dues because these people wont email me back or call me back. I have never signed any HOA docs either. No idea. Either the property managers have too many accounts so they cant get through their work or they are just lazy. Either hire more people so you can actually manage a property properly or get new employees. This is absolutely asinine. I work in customer service and if I behaved this way I would get fired.
The worst property management experience ever encountered.No accountability, transparency or communication. They don’t adhere to the bylaws of the HOA. They overcharge for everything, including stamps!Their management skills are deplorable. The property is filthy and they refuse to upgrade anything and leave most areas in the building looking like it is a slum although we pay exorbitant HOA fees.They lie about the most obvious facts.Any idiot could do a better job at reduced rates.
Unresponsive and mostly not helpful. Do the minimum to get you off their back.
I have dealt with this company for four years and they are still managing the building apartment where I am still living. All the staff are nice and have treated me with due respect. They respond to emergency calls and attend to my needs promptly. I feel my own case is not exceptional.I wonder what else is expected from them than the good job which they are doing. Once again, they are nice people.
Really wish I could give them 0 stars. Horrible management company that’s quick to send out fees and invoices and non-responsive when it comes to having stuff done in the building. You will have to ask time and time again to have even the simplest matter dealt with. They take a day or two to respond to email and never pick up the phone (and if they do, they are very rude). Dealing with them culminates in nothing more than an awful experience.
Just suck in every aspect - Respond to request weeks to months later. Not willing to help owners and give you a hard time for simple request. Own owner association will be looking for new management ASAP
Keep calling them and calling and calling the never answered you leave the a hundred voicemail they never got back to you, Hundred emails they never responded. Elizabeth Kidawski is sucks, They just hungry for the money and the fees they doesn’t deserve. I’m really start thinking to sell my property just because of them, Don’t wanna dial with this anymore

This company is the worst so called management company Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.They do not respond to serious concerns of owners or tenants. The phone receptionist is the first red flag. Her name is LIZ NOT Elizabeth. They have no respect or consideration for tenants needs and never return calls. My advice is to find another management company with better ratings. Anything above 0 will do. Beware!!! If I could give them a minus 0 I would. Horrible managment and customer service. Serious issues are developing through out the Federal Street building and its just getting worse by the day.
Kris Boyle, property manager, does not responded to owners in a timely fashion. She has little knowledge of building construction offering inappropriate solutions. Agree with other post regarding rude and unprofessional.

Utterly Unprofessional!! Kris, a property manager there, is rude and unprofessional! She yells at her customers in a public board meeting in matters that is not related to building management nor in subjects that she is qualified to pass personal judgments! I would give negative stars if I could!
