So, just recently were rushed into a lease by these guys before any utilities were turned on for a thorough inspection. The place is filthy, safety equipment is broken/ripped off the ceilings, the ac unit is broke, the locks arent going to be changed, and Im being railroaded into them saying its mine now and my problem. What kind of company says a unit is move in ready and then provides a home that needs well over $2k at least in work/repairs and isnt even livable with it containing BLACK MOLD?!!?!!! This company is a total scam and has taken my money, advertised a honey pot, and delivered a trap house!OH! and dont even expect a call back or the slightest of care towards you as a loyal tenant, you are a number and a check...If you start looking at their properties, definitely have a legal team at the ready as well!

An absolute scam manager. My friends walked into the rental home to absolutely unlivable filth. Photos made me want to vomit. Clearly the property manager does not verify the condition of the home prior to re-renting. Nothing was cleaned and I mean throw up in your mouth filth, bugs, rotting garbage thrown in backyard. Mold and water damages... Did I mention bugs! Clearly the long distance owner must be unaware of how his property is being ruined! Do not rent from this company or use him as a manager!

Weve had such a great experience with Chris Blackmon. We were worried we werent able to sell the home by the summer with all the remodeling we were doing. We also lived 3hrs away from the home we were trying to sell, so it was a taxing 6 months. We finally got an offer 2 months after we put it on the market and we didnt have to present for the closing; he was able to keep us posted about the status of the sell of the home. It was a smooth process!

Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. Amy was unprofessional every time I had to interact with her, I gather she’s since left the company. Had major storm damage and they did absolutely nothing. They did not communicate at all with HOA, insurance, contractors, etc until I had to repeatedly call them to do so. Did not inform me when contractors were coming for repairs (I got angry calls when contractors were outside my locked door at 930 am on a Friday, hadnt heard anything from any party in weeks). Refused to make any concessions on rent despite my missing large swaths of flooring (exposed subfloor) for a full two months. I have rented from half a dozen management companies and I have never dealt with one this incompetent.

Terrible property manager. Will charge you and your tenants for the same thing without the other knowing. Lies about the work that needs to be done. Put us into a financial crisis after our tenants moved out. We personally visited our property and ended up paying thousands of dollars to fix it. A complete nightmare.
