My 4 year old has been going for less than a month and she already told me she is proud of herself for earning her first stripe on her belt! It was a great moment as a parent! That is exactly what I was hoping for. Shes never said that before in with that much conviction. All parents want the best for their children and Ive always believed marshal arts can provide a great foundation to become a successful, happy, and overall good human being.

Great school. Has been super helpful for my son. He started clumsy and has developed agility. More importantly he has learned the importance of perseverance in overcoming challenges. I would give 1Kickup six stars if it was possible!

Both my son and I attend classes here. Master Grazier is incredibly patient but firm with the kids. For the adults, he imparts a tremendous amount of knowledge both on the forms and exercises as well as the historical and cultural aspects. His instruction extends into Hapkido and other forms as well. Highly, highly recommended.

My son started here a month ago coming from another local martial arts and learned more at 1 Kick Up than the other. Master Grazier really knows how to motivate and teach kids discipline. Its also more affordable than the others.

What a great environment for my children to learn martial arts. We are very pleased with the classes and Master Grazier is a great instructor.
