Sam Calicura was extremely helpful and didnt give up on my issue until it was resolved, took about 1 hour to figure out the issue. Even though he was supposed to be off the clock for the day, he was still willing to help me.

Great professional staff and services -- the Precision IT team go above & beyond to make sure our business runs smoothly! When the companys email system shut down unexpectedly (due to the incompetence of the web hosting company) Precision stayed on top of the situation (around the clock!) and not only got it back up and running, but continually monitored the situation afterwards and put safeguards in place to prevent it from happening it again.
