I needed to replace a laptop. I contacted Nick and went in today. He had the exact type of laptop I was looking for in stock, a refurbished HP and the price was more than reasonable. Nick was able to download the hard drive of my other inoperable laptop on to the new computer same day within hours. I went with Nick because of his patience with someone that knows nothing about the new line of computers. He is friendly, honest and up front with everything. His pricing is extremely reasonable and the quality of work is phenomenal!

They are always very calm, efficient, personable, and competent with great service from Nick. I am grateful for their assistance with crises and their help with planning and improvements. I highly recommend them to businesses and for personal computing.

What weve got here is failure to communicate. Specifically... His website does not say one thing about this being a By appointment only business. Silly ol me drove out to get my laptop repaired (like one does) only to find this informational gem in the form of a note on the door. I tried calling, cause who knows, maybe hell understand his websites shortcoming and let me in. There was of course no answer. I guess that Ill be looking elsewhere.

They replaced my cpu fan. And it worked fine for a few days but upon picking up msi lap top I was given the wrong charing cable back and now my computer will turn off instantly as soon as it gets slightly warm.

Took our 2yr old Lenovo C730 Yoga laptop to them for repairs last week because some of the keys were not responding as it should. Kevin diagnosed, cleaned and replaced the CPU heat sink paste for us to solve our problem. Something I would not have thought of myself even though I have build my own computer for over 20 years now. What you get with them is professional IT experience in dealing with and fixing computers day in and day out. A very satisfied customer!!!It disheartens me to see them get a 1 star review from a customer who should know better. That is: If you think your time is worth the money whyd you think the guy who repairs your computer is not worth his? They set their prices, and if you dont want to pay that, do it yourself. Besides, if you really think you could do it yourself for less and or know better, maybe you really should and stop wasting your time complaining about the cost other people charges for their time.

Called these guys today hoping to get a simple screen replacement for an otherwise new laptop- Im a computer scientist by profession but would rather have a shop that does actual hardware repairs take care of the hands on work. They told me that it would cost $70 to tear down the laptop (just to get a part number) and check the hard drive. This is a pretty big red flag.It took me 5 minutes and $0 to get the part number from the manufacturer website. Their insistence on conducting an evaluation to check the hard drive is simply a scam. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for preying on people who dont know any better.

Took my computer to best buy and they told me the cost of shipping $90 cost to diagnose $60 then parts/labor and $90 to dh6p back so you are better off purchasing a new one. Well i called Freelance dropped off and $160 later i got my computer back with in a few days! I will use these guys going forward. Thank you for taking care of me in a professional and courteous way.

I had a laptop that was cracked from the screen into the keyboard and couldnt be repaired so they found me another one that was used and they transferred all of the information from my broken one in less than 2 days. Kevin and Nick are fantastic. I notoced immediately there was new ownership just walking in the front door! There was seating for waiting customers, pre-owned PCs (that actually looked like they worked) with current prices on them. This guy is a thief. I bought ink cartridges from him that dont work and even though he has no return policy posted will not give me my $$ back. I even had him do a computer repair, which has never worked correctly, so I brought it to PC Wizard down the street. Now it works fine. Dont waste the time this guy is a hack.

I first went to Same Day when I moved to Concord from CO two years ago. I was very happy with the service quality and speed. I have taken my personal and work computers to them on several occasions and they are exceptional. I now live an hour and a half away, with literally hundreds of other options in the Boston area and still drive back to Concord to Same Day Computers. I have and will only recommend them to others.

I had a broken screen on my laptop so I googled Computer Repair for Concord, NH. When I came across Local PC Solutions, I read the excellent reviews given so I dropped by and left my laptop with RJ. RJ was very friendly and told me that he would try to get my laptop back to me before I left on my trip the following week. I received a call the day before I was leaving and was told that I am all set. I am sitting in my hotel room right now, with my laptop and I am a very very happy camper. I found Local PC Solutions to be very professional, friendly and the service I received was top notch. The pricing was more than reasonable. But this place is awesome.I just met RJ (owner) today because I needed advice on some minor physical damage to my laptop.RJ was super personable even though I popped in on him 30 minutes before he closed on a Friday. He took a look at the damage, realized he might be able to repair it simply without pulling too much apart and did it in two seconds in front of me for free. Wouldnt take money!This saved me from going through the month long turn around to send the laptop back to the manufacturer.He obviously does way more complicated services but still took the time to do this small thing for me on a Friday .Ill definitely be using his shop again in the future.Save yourself time and go here.
