They are wonderful folks. I was able to get my car in quick and even when I got there and added more to the car they still were able to get the car done when they said it would be done. This location is wonderful! I made an appointment with the one in Charlotte but the Concord had an open slot and was able to see me. I appreciate how fast it took for all windows to be completed on my 4runner. It was only an hour so I waiting. Free WiFi is a huge plus since I work remotely. The staff is really awesome.Getting ceramic tint is a great investment. Driving home I noticed the heat from the sun only coming from my windshield since its not tinted. Thank you!

The window tinting technician checked me in their system and immediately explained to me & showed me the various window tint options along with the price. To be able to feel the heat reception with each type tint helped me make a knowledgeable and informed decision. The service was complete in about 30 minutes. The waiting area was nice and clean and I was in there by myself therefore there were no issues regarding social distancing, etc. After the install, I was on my way snd back to work. Sun Stoppers @ Concord, NC is the best!!! Ive been back to this particular place multiple times because the quality of their work is amazing. Ive let them work on my Tesla model 3 last year and most recently my model X. Full PPF with ceramic coating and window tinting. Each time they have done amazing work. On top of that, the level of professionalism is top notch. Jessica and Charles are so friendly and nice. This is how great they are: I had dropped my X off a couple weeks ago. But because of my work schedule I could only pick it up on a Sunday. Guess what? They came in on a SUNDAY just to open up the store so that I can pick up my car. They really work with their customers and it shows. Theyve definitely gained a life long customer!

Enough staff to get appointments in a reasonable time, good options but some may need to be ordered, and the film is a good quality that should protect my interior. Anyone with a classic vehicles knows the damage of UV rays.

I used them about 3-4 yrs ago I was very satisfied with there work. Have a appointment on Monday for a second car there prices are reasonable compared to other places and the windows will look good I have had no problems with my tint at all. Good job Good Business & will always get mine.

What a great team they have here. They did a fabulous job on all my windows on my SUV. They even tinted my entire windshield! My dogs love the darker interior and no longer have to squint from the sun. The dashboard stays much cooler now and the car a/c doesnt have to work so hard. I also had their home team do some windows in my home with similar results. I highly recommend this company.

60% satisfied with the tint/film. The color and heat/UV protection seems accurate. However, the film on the side windows is placed too low and the film on the windshield is slightly crooked and has air bubbles on the bottom edge (driver side).Ill most likely be returning to have the imperfections corrected.Update (7/31/21)Jessica reached out to me and set up an appointment to fix the imperfections from the original job that was done. Were all human, and sometimes we make mistakes in our work. Taking ownership of those mistakes and putting in the effort to correct them is what matters.She did an excellent job in redoing the tint on the front driver and passenger windows, as well as fixing the film on the windshield. Im very satisfied with the work, as well as the professionalism of Jessica and her staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality tint and service.

Got a quote online and set up an appointment a few weeks later (at my schedule). They got me in just a couple of days. Arrived for my appointment and the people were very nice and professional. Tented the whole vehicle (Ford Transit Passenger Wagon) in about an hour. Amazing service and quality work. Very happy with the process and look of the tint.

I brought my new Mustang in to get the headlights and side mirrors wrapped with protective film and some vinyl stripes from Stripe Source put on. I could not believe how GREAT the car looked. They did a fantastic job... you could not tell there was protective film on the headlights and mirrors. The stripes looked like they came from the factory. I didnt have to wait when I got there and they finished the work when promised. They did such a great job at a reasonable price that Im planning on getting the windows tinted with the Heat Control film very soon. I will recommend Sun Stoppers to everyone I know. Thanks!

They are very nice, straightforward, and fast at the concord location. They got me in and out on time while making sure everything was perfect. Def gonna bring my parents cars next.

They do a good job and they’re very quick. I just don’t understand their pricing. $200 seems like a lot for a two seat convertible and it may be that labor costs are what gets you but for an hour job on a small car with their lowest quality of tint, I’d expect to pay a little less. You used to be able to get groupons or other deals online and maybe that’s changed because of times we are living in, I don’t know. If you are going for looks and not heat refraction you may want to go somewhere else. They have good products to keep the heat out, but you’ll pay much more than $200.

The two gentlemen who were working on 4-5-21 were extremely professional and accommodating. They were knowledgeable of their craft and services. The atmosphere of the office was very clean and chic as well as comfortable. I had a good experience doing business with those two gentlemen.

Good work. Jessica always cool and worked out the schedule to try and accommodate me. Window tint took a bit longer than usual only cause other customers showed up late. But they got it done and it looks great.

The staff is very polite and professional for the most part. They are on time and turn around your vehicle in a timely manner. The quality is my concern and I dont understand it when they have a ton of positive reviews. I chose and kept trying Sun Stoppers because Ive had good results from them at one point and they have a 4.9 out of 388 reviews. More than any other local tint shop so they have to be awesome right?I normally do not post reviews unless Im totally frustrated and have no desire to use the services again. I also have not attempted to have all the cars issues repaired because I already tried on one of the cars listed below and Im just not comfortable going back and giving them that chance. Over the years Ive counted that Ive had at least 6 cars tinted @ the Concord Location. The first 5 cars a Accord, Camry, Santa Fe, Avalon, and GMC Sierra. I no longer have these vehicles and I dont remember any issues with those and I was happy. We are going to talk about the last 4 cars.1. 4 Door Honda Civic. I requested 35% tint. Rear window and 4 doors. My first issue was when they pulled the car back around they indicated they couldnt roll the rear right window down but tinted the window anyway. This information was not given to me in a kind concerned manner it was more of a to bad sucks for you attitude. This left a gap at the top of the window that doesnt look good. I wasnt aware the window wouldnt roll down but why tint the window and leave a gap. I would have preferred to be notified as I was sitting in the waiting area. I have those plastic rain guards above the window so I just let it go. Also after a few open and closes of the door the window rolled down. Loose wire in the door jam. Both rear port windows have also developed a bubble at the bottom edge of the tint. When I got home the tint just looked really light but I had never owned a car with tan interior so figured that was why. Months later I replaced the AC filter behind the glove box and thats where I kept any receipts for the car. I decided to look over the receipt for the tint. 45% tint was written down. I never requested 45%. I wanted 35%. If I could get by with 5% I would rather have that. At this time several months have gone by so how am I going to bring that up. At least now I know why the tint looks so light.2. 2 door Honda Civic. 35% tint. Rear window, rear seat windows and doors. Rear window has that dot matrix across the top of the window that makes it difficult for tint to stick properly. Both corners of the tint began to fall down within a couple days. There solution was Elmers glue stick. Looks terrible.3. Crew Cab Silverado. 35% tint. Front door windows tinted. This was done maybe a few months ago. Driver side tint at the bottom near the mirror is pealing up. Come on.4. Toyota Tacoma 4Dr. 5% tint. Rear window and rear doors. This is a case of me assuming it looked right when it actually isnt. This is a lifted truck I dont drive much and mostly sits in the garage. Today I decide to pickup my wife from work and take her to lunch in the Tacoma. Its a bright sunny day and I notice a lot of light at the very bottom of both rear windows. I never really paid attention since I dont sit in the back. The tint does not go down past the rubber wipe trim at the bottom. Its about a 1/16th of an inch above on both corners and right at the wipe trim in the middle.With this many issues I dont plan to go back. I dont want anything fixed I just want to find a shop that does a good job if you have a $5000 used Honda Civic or a $500,000 Lamborghini.

Finished my two front windows very quickly and they turned out great. I really wish they would lower their prices but they basically have a monopoly so there’s not much I can do about it. It really hurts a college student like me to pay that much to try and protect my truck.But regardless of price, quality is great!

Just picked up my car from Sun Stoppers after Charles, and Jessica installed the Xpel Ultimate Plus paint protection film. Sun stoppers of Concord has done 3 cars for me in their highest quality hydrophobic XPEL paint protection. Charles does a supreme install job and will see any issues that need corrected before you do. He is very happy to correct any issue and he cleans the car before any job so it is be applied in the best possible environment. I’ve been very happy with the results and I consider myself a very picky customer. Charles and Jessica are also incredible with regards to customer service. They are top-notch, very professional, but very friendly, and make you feel like family and your vehicle is like their own. Also, you don’t need to have a Lamborghini or Ferrari to get their full attention. I have a Hyundai and Subaru and they have treated me and my vehicles as if I was their most important client. Lastly, I’m using them for my tint with their highest heat rejection. I know that job will be not only perfect but it it’s not they will work till it is. Ive been to sunstoppers my 3rd time now on multiple vehicles and the service is always the same. Very fast and extremely high quality work. They were punctual and very accommodating with my busy work schedule. They provided a good price for services performed. They did such a great job on my car that I drove an hour again to have my mothers car to receive sun control window tinting as well.

They were done within 30-45 mins, and made it easy made it easy to select the darkness and film quality. They also had a very nice shop/waiting area. Only gripe is that I couldnt work a discount by trying to pay cash lol

These guys did a tint job on my 92 Accord several years ago. Still in pristine condition. NO bubbles anywhere. Not even in the hard to reach places. Excellent customer service, comfortable waiting area. 100% recommend. Just had my 2016 Fusion done today. Looks amazing! I was told there could be some small bubbles or hazing for a few days while the tint settles. They thoroughly explain anything you have questions about. Awesome job!

Tinted my brand new cars windshield here; they scratched the heck out of the inside of the windshield in the process. Unbelievable. Not only are they overpriced; but to add insult they damaged my windshield in the process. Its simple really...there are MANY options for places that do window tinting; save yourself the money and grief and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Where to spend it the choice is yours, all I can say is dont spend it here. I wish I did, now Ill be out a couple of hundred bucks to replace my scratched windshield on my new ride (on top of the hundreds im out having spent it here).

My husband and I got our daughter a used car for her HS graduation and discovered that the back windshield was difficult to see through; like there was a haze over it. I was going to just expensively replace the glass for her safety when I was informed of was just a tint layer that had gone bad!
