Terry is a good guy and very helpful. He noticed my battery wasnt connected correctly while looking at my car and would not let me leave until he fixed it. He also ran my codes twice to make sure my car was ready to be smogged. He did not charge me. He took a good amount of time out of his day to help me. I would say he is a genuinely good mechanic not out for your money.

Very poor service, the hook up was said to be 45$ plus I dont know how much per mile, they just wouldnt specify, i was only taking my car a tad bit less than a mile and was charged 145$ even though on the receipt guy wrote 135$ knowing i was paying cash. when the guy got here he wouldnt specify the price neither, knowing the shop where I was taking the car was next to their yard. And the service wow I dont ever write reviews good or bad but I felt like this one needed to be done. So if u want good service and not get over charged dont call hear guys. Doesnt even deserve a star!I was charged the same from pleasant hill to my house!

Called at 5:23 am. No eta. Called back 20 mins later told it would an additional 25mins...called back 25 mins later. Told me they would not arrive until 7:00-7:30?!? Are you kidding me? 2 hours later? Sitting in my car waiting...I will never recommend this place. Just horrible

I missed my exit driving in Martinez and crashed into the medium. I was so shook up I was not sure if I would be able to find someone to come out to me quick enough being so far away from Oakland, where I am from. I looked up towing services and found this company and called immediately. Meyer gave me a call to get more details of the accident and where I was. He arrived in what seems like no time at all and quickly gave me peace of mind. I would not think twice when referring a towing company. You guys are the best!
