This is one of several horror stories I have about Ben Mynat service department. They just dont care if they fix your truck or car at all. Just give them lots of money.Five miles after $1900 I had to have it towed back. A whole week without my truck. Never offered me any type of car, had to about beg for a ride home. Wish there was another Cadillac dealer in my town. Too long to get into the whole story.
Ive been buying vechles here from mid 80s and always get oil changed or work done but this last time will be my last so unprofessional the lady there had to be someones daughter she was on her phone a lot I asked about a on line coupons from their salisbury store she said they wont take it on their website they state they will match others the sticker that use to be one my spark had. Salisbury on it. I removed that along with the plate on front they didnt even put the little sticker on windshield telling me the next oil change but it will never be with Ben Mynatt and when I go to buy another vechle it wont be here 7 is enough to give any one they should take the Bear off their site and add a Dog thats where its headed
Much better than my previous visit. I was offered a loaner on this visit and my truck was taken care of pretty quickly. I just wish a new vehicle didnt have recalls.
The service at this place has been the most horrible experience for me. If there were negative stars I could give to this place, I would. Drew at the service department has no idea of what he talks about; and on top of that rude and unprofessional. I took my car for electrical problems on my 2015 Chevy Cruze, charged 175 for a piece of cable that didn’t fix anything and was adamant on replacing the battery when clearly it wasn’t the issue as I had tested it before going there at a different shop. This place is filled with incompetent and clueless people who’ll charge you over the roof charges and still won’t fix your problems.AVOID this place at any costs.
The shop is performing quality work. They will try to up sell and there scheduling promises were wrong every time I went there. My car was never ready as promised.However, their quick lube station is fast and efficient.
The detailing department did a great job. They made my SUV look like it was brand new again. They didnt miss a spot. I would definitely get it done there again.
Most horrible experience of my life. I have never dealt with such a group of unintelligent people in my life. I am sending a tow truck to pick up my vehicle in hope of getting better customer service and service. I wouldnt recommend a match box car to be serviced here. David Morrison was a joke and shouldnt be looking at any vehicles. If I could rate it negative stars I would. Dont get ripped off stay away.

They refused to work on my car. They shared this with the insurance company, but did not tell me. Poor customer service. They serve certain groups. If You dont look like their Staff You wont get served.
Was actually at the shop, Gary and crew always do a great job for me.
My car was hit in a parking lot. Lots of damage to the rear and quarter panel. They fixed it perfectly. Cant even tell it was ever hit.
They say come in, any credit no problem. Not thw case after they have 10 different places run your credit and you still not approved.
My vehicle was brought in for an oil change to the dealership Quick Lube. After a wait they brought the truck around. My husband drove it to work which is quite the drive and begin to notice loss of power and ting noises in the engine. When got the vehicle home and let the engine cool, we check the oil it was very far over and oil was all over the engine. WE call the manager at the quick lube - they agreed to tow it in. They then send it over the chevy service department to complete a new oil change. Meanwhile we realize they gave us someone elses receipt that we paid for instead of our own - however the ticket had our mileage. Hope they didnt put 8 qts of oil in that traverse on that ticket - wow! So the quick lube manager brushes us off on the chevy service manager. WE will told that they would do a test drive with my husband after the oil was changed. Instead we received a call that the car was broken down on the test drive - the transmission went out. They tell us thats unrelated and not their problem. They corrected the oil change. Then they push us off on the GMC service department and tell us our truck is 3k miles over the warranty and the bill is ours. Thankfully Ethan at GMC is working with the manufacturer to help foot the bill even though this is a problem that just landed in his lap - however the other departments offer no apology and act as if my concerns are unwarranted. I have had 2 mechanics tell me there are concerns anytime a vehicle is driven with too much oil that carry over later down the road - invisible at this point. Needless to say, Im disappointed in the Quick Lube and Chevy service department.Not to mention when buying the truck at this dealership - they forgot to close the deal to our trade so I had to take a complete day out of the office to go to the tag office and DMV to prove Ben Mynatt owned our traded in truck not us any longer and prove we had a new truck. No apology there either. This dealership has been a part of my family since I was a little girl its sad that they lack customer service when they have such devoted clients. Very sad.

I went in for first oil change and they checked my account and seen I get free tire rotation with my oil change and they came inform me of it. Everyone there is very nice and make sure customers are satisfied.
Decent selection of cars, but we were just browsing, no idea on sales experience.
They screwed my car up TWICE....both time i had to take to another mechanic...AFTER MYNATT got under the vehicle.... for full diagnostic and repairs that cost me more than their original estimate. They even had the nerve to tell USAA claims adjusters that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle AFTER I WAS IN A HIT & RUN and the engine was damaged. So i had to pay to have it towed and etc....i dont blame the sales dept....but the service depts needs a complete overhaul and i will spend any additional time and resources letting people know to AVOID AT ALL COST

Took my car in for a airbag recall and they messed up my air conditioning and broke radio..took and it aint fixed yet..they broke it they have to fix it..working fix e before it went up there..😡😡
