Extremely nice guy. I had a 4in lift with suspension upgrades put on my Jeep Cherokee and it was done perfectly. Also had my transfer case replaced before that and it works and runs perfect. Happy to say I’ll be bringing all my business here.

My family and I have been going to Charlie and his son Brandon for years! He’s an honest mechanic and his hourly rates never break the bank. My mom still drives her ‘97 Civic (which was always maintained by Advanced Auto) and throughout the years I have had them rebuild several of my cars.Only downfall to an honest mechanic: He’s always so busy!

I left my car overnight for a check engine light issue. No paperwork given, just asked for the car key so I took a pic of my odometer. Next day, paid my bill and noticed 15 miles added to odometer but paperwork showed no miles added to odometer. Also 746 miles later, Check Engine Light is back On.

Charlie has alway been great. I brought my car in for a radiator leak. I was told by someone else the radiator needed replaced. To my surprise when they called me to pick it up. It was only $95 he said it was only a bad hose. They are honest and reasonably prices. The best!

On july 13 2017, i brought in my 1989 chevy camaro to the shop listed. i advised and warned charlie in person to be careful with opening the doors of the car TOO MUCH, because the vehicle had vertical doors. i have had a few experiences with charlie but never like this one. he was to diagnose voltage problem with engine. july 21 2017, after not hearing from from charlie in about a week, i called and spoke to him. he states that he is still working on vehicle. at this point, he had not mentioned any infractions that the car had. aug 3rd 2017, after weeks of not hearing from charlie, i stopped by the shop noticed a huge gap and damage between the front driver side fender and driver door. as it would seem that who ever was working on the vehicle had damaged the fender by extending the door against it. i immediately went back to the office and spoke to charlie, as he explained that he was not done with vehicle yet, i cit him off, and asked him what happened to my door and fender. he immediately gave a huh and turned red. he walked over to the car and immediately said that the damage was already there without even knowing where the damage actually was. i asked him again if he would repair the damage, and he stated that the damage was already there and that NOW THE DOOR would not close properly.. so i asked for the 3rd time, if he would repair the damage, and he immediately said no. as i was looking at the damages, one of his mechanics walked over and pulled him aside and pointed at the car.. at this point, i knew they were not going to fess up on the damaged they have done. i will be reaching out to the BBB bureau as well.. i want to mentioned that, at this time, i dont know what charlie will be charging me for the engine work, but i am mostly concerned about the shop repairing the damaged they would not take ownership on.. further more, as of today, the vehicle is still in their possession and i dont know if they will do anything to it to jeopardize the condition of it more than it already was due to their spite. i am prepared to show before and after pictures of the damages since charlie is stating that the damages were already there.
